Fenrir Canine Leaders Reviews

Able to Stay in place higher on the neck better than any other I’ve tried. Strong yet small enough to pocket.

Great product for my Cane Corso. This is my second order of the hammer and it lasts for a while.

I don't know if this is due to the weight of my dog or the excessive pulling but the slip lead sadly did not meet my expectations 😔 I found that the stopper kept slipping back when she pulled or shook off and the head of the fenrir hammer chew toy was chewed within 30 mins of play. I personally don't feel that the price of the Fenrir products reflect the durability of the products. I feel that they would potentially be great for smaller dogs but def not for aggressive puller or chewers.

Brett was acted immediately in offering me a full refund based on my experience with the slip lead which I am incredibly greatful for and I was honest enough to turn down a refund for the hammer as this was a gift. On the whole, my experience with Brett was very positive and my 3 star rating is based solely on this. However, I would not reccomend the ragnar slip lead or the Fenrir hammer chew toy for large breeds or aggressive pullers or chewers. Thank you Fenrir.

We purchased the large hammer about 8 months ago. Our bulldog easily chewed through the handle within a few months. Due to knee and shoulder surgery I delayed contacting Fenrir until last week, I was told there's no warranty and nothing they would do about it. Disappointed there's no warranty but even more so the company doesn't stand behind it's products. We've had numerous products from other manufacturers that have warranties but also stand up to our bulldog. Would not buy again.
Update 1/25/24
I received communication from Fenrir and they do stand behind their product and made this right. I wish the original contact with the company had been as positive as the current but in the end my dog really enjoyed his hammer and Fenrir takes care of their customers to make sure they are satisfied. Thank you Fenrir!

I've ordered twice since getting my pup (older when i got him at 19 weeks), the orders were here quickly and the products are really good quality and fairly priced. couldn't be happier

Products are as described and arrived quickly. Good quality and lasting so far.

Great product, both big dogs love it. Well put together and promptly delivered! Very satisfied.

Great, hard wearing products!

FINALLY! A harness that actually fits my dogs. I have 3 dogs but 2 out of the 3 dogs are XL dogs. They're shepherd/rough collie mix so they're big boys and no where and nothing I've found would fit them. Everything fitted like a tiny bra on them or it was cutting into their arm. So I'm suuuppper happy that I found this brand! Finally products that are large enough for big dogs and I'm so happy!

I bought the medium hammer lasted a week, got the replacement hammer large did not last either very disappointed

I have a 8 month old Chesapeake Bay retriever and he loves the biggest hammer and dragon egg but he’s be able to destroy the handle on the hammer with no problem.

Fantastic service and really fab quality of all items purchased. Speedy delivery! Been back to order more stuff already and will buy more in the future, thank you!

Bought a harness that was incorrect size customer services were brilliant arranging a replacement. Harness is absolutely gorgeous and a great fit.

Bought 2 hammers - medium and large for our 2 dogs. They are great quality. We needed to contact the company and they were very quick to respond and extremely helpful.

The hammer is my dog’s favourite thing. If it lasted a few days I would be happy. Weeks later and hardly a mark on it. Highly recommend for strong chewers.

Great product backed up with great tips. My dogs loves her hammer and tug toy really happy

Good prompt customer service when discussing previously purchased items

Great products and staff were really helpful when I missed an item off my order.

Great toy but not good enough for a year old Cane Corso. I don’t think this toy would last to the end of this week.
