Fenrir Canine Leaders Reviews

Have always loved the products, services and guidance. Staff is responsive to inquiries and problems. Really appreciate all that you do for dog owners.

Fenrir was very helpful and professional.
The matter was investigated and resolved very quickly.

I have a 9mo old rottie. He kills toys, granted his new wolfie didnt last him long but he loved it and i was able to by a grip of replacements at a great rate. He alos.loke the tug toys and the one we got last a bit over 2x as long as others hes had. He really makes it a mission to destory toys he had a cute little donut..didnt make it an hour before i had to remove it. He is obsessed with squeekers. I alos really like the the puzzel bowl, he was eating so fast and i was trying all sorts of things, it has helped. My favorites are the hammer and dragons egg. The egg hold more than a kong and the hammer will actually hold his entire meal. And he can chew and go at them and they are near perfect a month latter. And we use them ALOT. I recommend any of the things I talked about. Ordering was easy and delivery was reasonable as well.

Simple to order, quick delivery, great product

5* customer service, rectified my issue very quickly - friendly and efficient, thank you so much.

Excellent quality, and professionals service. Done business with the company multiple times.

Easy and good looking website. Purchase quick & straightforward plus the two tug toys came really quickly & the dogs love them. What could be better!

They were great. My dog chewed the large size hammer and I contacted them. They replaced it promptly. Customer service reps are great and pleasant to talk to. Definitely will order more.

We first purchased the mini hammer for our Cane Corso puppy. Then the Dragon Egg, and full size hammer. I just recently ordered a 2nd full size hammer as she is finally starting to break the first one down. It took a year. Any other toys or bones are gone in days. If you have an aggressive chewer I highly recommend Fenrir toys.

Ordered a ragner collar, good quality, easy to adjust, put on and take off. And it looks good too. Good price and the freebie was a great addition, can never have too many jobby bags

Delivery was good, reasonable and easy to track.

Order #95398

Products were as advertised. My dog took immediately to her Fenrir hammer and stuffed wolf. She’s a super heavy chewer and these toys have held up amazingly.

We got a Fenrir ‘Hammer’ for Bruce, we weren’t too concerned regarding the colour, and the Pink Large Hammer was at a seriously reduced price!

Bruce our Boxer destroys most toys in pretty quick time, but the Hammeris both weighty and seems so far to be very robust.
He seems to really like it. Especially so when it’s been stuffed with treats/kibble.

The ordering on their website was very easy, the delivery was prompt too, somewhat expensive for delivery but then I guess with the weight of the product that is totally understandable.

I will be purchasing other Fenrir items as if the quality of their other products is akin to this one then I’ll be more than happy.

The swift purchase and delivery of the Ragnar slip leash was very good. The product is excellent quality. I brought this product to help with my dogs pulling. I’m finding it very difficult to implement advice from fenrir, via YouTube, to help with limiting my dogs reactive response to pulling when walking. I’m struggling on how I can use this product effectively to aid in stopping my dog from pulling when walking.

Got the small fenrir hammer for my puppy and she loves it! Got a tug toy as well but she needs to grow just a bit more before she can really get her mouth around it well enough to pull. But, the hammer is very sturdy. She chews on it constantly and it is still on great shape. Have a great picture with her and her hammer if yall would like it, just don't know how to send it to yall.

Terrible!
I ordered the wrong size and contacted immediately asking to cancel or change the order and heard nothing back.
The toy then arrived and my 1 year old puppy completely destroyed it in approximately 10 minutes. It had to go in the bin.
I then contacted again with photos of the destroyed toy and have again heard nothing!
Terrible experience and customer service and I’m £20 down!

UPDATE - Brett contacted me and confirmed I had not in fact had a reply to either of my emails (although they reply to 100% of their emails 😉) and has fully refunded me and sent a replacement toy. My puppy will be pleased! I have changed my initial 1 star review to a 4 star as my complaint was looked into quickly. Hopefully the next toy in a larger size will last.

The great product and customer service.
I some how only received one of the two items I ordered and the customer service rep got me a replacement right away.

Product arrived on time. More importantly, after three weeks my hammer has held up to my Cane. "Nothing" else has lasted.

Merchandise is as authentic and as advertised. Dogs enjoy chewing the toys and the leashes are top notch. Wouldn’t expect anything less from the Big “Bad” Wolf (Will) finally a trainer I can relate to.

Great fast honest

Postal notifications were timely 👌 Product (harness) is as advertised - quality outstanding. Company contact, not pushy, but offered video support & articles. Well done.
