I only recently starting my fountain pen collection and I am so happy that I have started with Ferris Wheel Press. The shipping was fast, the pen doesn’t leak, the ink is beautiful and it’s a very smooth writing experience.

The website was clunky and hard to use I have no idea how long shipping is going to to take and even now I still don't know when my package is supposed to arrive and worst of all as I found out later the pen is longer than I expected

Promotion for new customers was not clear, used promo code but did not receive anything. Order was a bust for promotion.

Colors are beautiful

As soon as the pen arrived, from the outside everything was fine - it was in a box with a medium nib SKU, but upon uncapping I saw ink on the nib, and that the nib was marked fine. There was also remnants of ink in the converter as well as the pens cap.

While I don’t mind receiving a used pen, and it should have been cleaned out prior to restocking, my main issue was that a fine nib was in the medium nib box.

I contacted customer service and they had a resolution that I hadn’t expected, I just asked for a medium nib unit to be sent and also let them know about the condition of the pen upon arrival. They said they certainly were sorry that I had received a used pen as well as the wrong nib size, and that it was not reflective of their normal business model.

A replacement was processed through before the day was done (and this was after I sent the email at the end of my work day), and every experience I’ve had before this, even for a small inquiry, has been met with very kind responses and promptness - so I have to commend Ferris Wheel Press customer service and their staff for making every interaction a pleasant one and for even answering minor questions I’ve had.

Bad Loyalty Points Program. When I look at my points, it is just under 500,000. You would expect that I could get a new pen for all of those points. I can not. The most I can get is 25 percent off. It doesn't matter if it's the 25 dollar, 50 dollar or 100 dollar coupon. I have to spend 4x as much to get 25 percent off. Maybe if the prices were not so expensive I'd consider it. I like the Joule and wouldn't mind another, but for the price of $130, no thanks. I can get other pens for the same price and from well known brand named companies.
FWP, why must you bait and switch on the loyalty points? Why can't you just take the points on face value and not on lousy discount coupons? You could text each month a 25 percent discount code each month and it would do the same exact thing. If you want my business again, make it so I can redeem at face value. Or make your pens lower priced. Thank you.

Update:
After my initial review of 2 stars due to my first purchase of the Joule Fountain pen and it seeming to have a defect. I left a lengthy review on the disppointment I felt after waiting 2 years to be able to get one of their pens!
Once I had posted my disappointment I had with my order, Ferris Wheel Press reached out to me within the hour of my review being posted.

As stated in my first review their customer service was really good.

They went above and beyond to make my first experience with them the best it could be. I was given nothing but kindness and patience as they made sure that my pen was replaced and everything was a smooth transaction.
I received my items today, and the second pen around is way up to Par. It could have just been a nib issue with the first pen, but the replacement was not! Also got the "Broad Nib" which I loved even more.

They spoke to me August. 24th and my replacement was shipped out August.26th.

A big shout out to Sheila from the Customer Support Team, who answered all the questions and made sure they rectified everything! I am super grateful and would love to update my rating to 5 stars!!! It was good customer service before and exceptional customer experience this time!!

I absolutely love Ferris Wheel Press inks! 🤎 The colors are so beautiful, rich, and unique, and they make every painting feel a little more special. I especially love how expressive they are when used with a brush, from delicate, soft washes to deeper, more saturated details. The quality is wonderful, and the beautiful bottles are just the cherry on top. Ferris Wheel Press has definitely made me fall in love with painting with ink almost as much as I love watercolor. 🥰❤️

Je suis absolument conquise par mon stylo plume Ferris Wheel Press. C’est un instrument aussi magnifique à regarder qu'agréable à utiliser.

Qualité et durabilité : Après plusieurs jours d'utilisation régulière, le stylo tient parfaitement toutes ses promesses. Les finitions sont impeccables, la prise en main est solide et la structure résiste très bien à un usage quotidien sans aucune fuite ni rayure.

Détails techniques : La plume offre une glisse d'une douceur incroyable sur le papier. L'encre s'écoule de manière fluide et constante, sans aucun raté ni pâté. En main, l'équilibre est tout simplement parfait : ni trop lourd ni trop léger, ce qui permet d'écrire ou de dessiner en toute légèreté sans ressentir de fatigue.

Mes utilisations préférées : Ce stylo est vite devenu un indispensable ! Je l’utilise aussi bien au quotidien pour l'écriture dans mon journal créatif que pour des esquisses artistiques et des détails de calligraphie. C'est un vrai bonheur d'associer la finesse de la plume à de belles encres nuancées.

The everyday inks work great as drawing inks and sometimes the shimmer and sheening inks work great on dip pen as calligraphy inks too. I use them to sign Christmas cards or write letters and they make every holiday card extra magical! 😍 Their customer service is great and super responsive. Felt so happy with the resolution they offered.

The customer service folks are fast and friendly. I could not have been more impressed.

Ferris Whell Press’ customer service is amazing and is the best service I’ve had as they helped me refund things twice for my clumsy mistakes. They also resolved any issues I had in a timely manner, and even explained and gave me options to better handle issues on my end. Great service! 10/10!

I love this site! The inks are gorgeous, the packaging is premium, and the branding is so fun. I've having a great time with these inks!

This was my first Timeless Treasures Box and while all the products were good, I was disappointed that it included a ballpoint pen and calligraphy ink. I had been expecting a variety of fountain pens and fountain pen ink. It did include two fountain pens and one fountain pen ink which I really like and it was still a fun way to experience new products.

The inks from FWP are amazing with their shimmer. They write beautifully and work well with pens.
