Beautiful inks and a very full mystery box! All stunners that will make my writing even more fun and full of whimsy!

Let’s be 100% honest, the vast majority of positive reviews of Ferris wheel press have been bought and paid for by the offer of “free merchandise “. Those of us who do not have savvy social media abilities/followers are the chumps who pay so much for others to enjoy FREE. The thing that really upsets me about Ferris wheel press is their so called “loyalty” program. What a farce! Recent changes(without website notification) mean that no matter how many points you gain through previous purchases, points for reviews(see bought and paid for comment above), you will never get any more than 25% off. They force you to make huge purchases in order to enjoy all those hard earned points. Unethical in my opinion and it will be interesting to see what Consumer Protection Ontario thinks of their practices. They made huge changes without notification which is prohibited! As a Canadian I would love to be able to support this business, but I totally get the hate they constantly get. All flash no substance is their theme whether it be their ink/pen quality (or lack thereof) or their so called reward program that looks to reward THEM not YOU as a consumer. Their packaging while beautiful hides low quality over priced items, just as their “loyalty program” really translates to “spend a small fortune and we will give you a small discount-but no matter how many points you build it will not be to your benefit”.Keep in mind when it says you can get a $100 gift card on points, what it really means is spend hundreds of dollars and we will give you a discount, not a face value credit. I suspect this company is on the way out as they deserve to be.
Finally, have you see their ridiculous boxes of mixed goods(strictly their choice/discretion) ? Ah yes, charge people $750 to buy all the items you could not sell/get rid of! Only a sucker would purchase! It would be the same as purchasing last night’s stale donuts at regular price and charging regular price.

I received a Ferris Wheel Press Joule as a graduation gift — a genuinely special pen — and unfortunately ran into an issue with the nib right out of the box. I reached out to customer service not really knowing what to expect, and was honestly blown away by the response.

Their team worked on the issue for 48 hours straight, updated me multiple times throughout the process, and were thorough and efficient from start to finish. For a pen at this price point, that level of care matters. They treated the problem like it mattered, because it did.

Beyond the service experience: the ink is magnificent. Ferris Wheel Press puts as much thought into their inks as they do their pens, and it shows. If you're on the fence — buy a pen. Buy some ink. You won't regret either.

I always have a great experience ordering from Ferris Wheel Press. Their inks are gorgeous and their pens work well. Everything arrives safely packed in the box. The packaging on their products is gorgeous, the artwork is beautiful and the paper and gold leaf is so elegant. I always save the boxes to display them. Their inks come in fancy, fun glass bottles, and they sell carriages you can use as ink bottle stands. I was impressed by this order as I am with all my orders from Ferris Wheel Press! As an added bonus, their customer service is superb! This is a great company for a first time fountain pen user. Their pens are intuitive and easy to get writing, and they have options at all price points.
