I recently had to make my first claim for my cheeky cat Quincey after she snuck into my sewing room and chowed down on a spool of thread- and thankfully the experience with Fetch was seamless!
I was able to speak to the 24/7 vet team to get urgent support on what to do next as soon as I saw what had happened, and the fetch team checked in on me throughout the process with the emergency vet. I felt so reassured and much more confident agreeing to treatment and making sure we were taking the right steps when I knew I didn’t need to panic about the insurance side of things.

WOW. That’s all I can say. 7 month old puppy had liver issues, so many tests & a CT Scan which had me in the hole for more than $4000.00. Fetch covered everything. What’s more, I was dreading “texting to a machine” No machine here folks. I had the most lovely conversations & assistance with real people. We even shared photos of our fur babies & silly memes to make me feel better. I cannot rate Fetch enough. Funds straight back into my account within 24 hrs. Fetch is absolutely fantastic. After having bad experiences with a previous insurer I did a lot of research on the best insurer for my new fur baby Tova.
After seeing the great scores on productreview.com.au, I went with Fetch. They seemed pretty new to the industry but based on the reviews I selected them.
An insurance policy is usually taken for when the unthinkable happens and unfortunately that's what happened with my fur baby. She suddenly fell ill and I had to rush her to the vet.
Fetch was absolutely amazing that not only did they confirm the pre-approval for the vet estimate in double quick time, as soon as I made the claim, it was approved within a matter of hours.
Their customer service is amazing and very responsive and a big thank you to Taylor and Annie from Fetch for being with us through this difficult time with Tova.
Fetch, you have found a loyal customer in me and there is no other pet insurance in Australia that can match Fetch. They are simply the #1 in Australia.

We are so impressed with Fetch Insurance. Their quick and efficient service has been just been amazing. Our little dog needed a quick admission for a procedure and Fetch Insurance was so helpful and accommodating and quick with the pre-approval, we can not recommend them highly enough. They have also been great with our cat who also requires a procedure. We have been a little unlucky with our pets health but Fetch Insurance has been there for us and we are very grateful.
