My dog Luna was only 14months old when she was diagnosed with hip dysplasia- the diagnosis in itself involved scans and specialist vets. Having Fetch insurance has given me the ability to choose the way forward that is best for Luna, making specialist physio, consults and surgery if needed affordable.

Fetch offer a comprehensive pet insurance cover with no catches. Everything is up front and easy to understand. The app is brilliant and the claims process is so easy and quick. They communicate promptly through the app and are super friendly. I’ve had another pet insurance previously and this one is way better.

Fetch has been nothing short of amazing. My chihuahua needed surgery for patella luxation and they have made the experience stress free from beginning to end. When your pet needs medical care fetch makes it easier to concentrate on their recovery stress free without worrying about the financials. You can also apply for pre approval so you are informed of eligibility before treatment. I’m so impressed with fetch and how they handled my surgical claim I have moved my cat to fetch now as well. My animals deserve the best of everything and I wouldn’t change insurers because Fetch is the best. The staff at fetch are experienced in the veterinary industry and will help you as much as they can.

My dog had the worst surgery complications and ended up in Animal Hospital after knee surgery with pneumonia and gastroenteritis, he was so unwell. Easy to lodge the claim. Claim processed and paid in less than 24 hours. Would be a bonus for me if Fetch were in Gap Only, as my vet would then be able to process the claim.

Being a relatively new company I had some questions before we decided to sign up. Annie was very helpful with every question I had, it felt very much like a personal experience and you could tell they care very much about their customer satisfaction.

After hours of research I honestly haven't come across another company that provides such comprehensive coverage and their PDS is really simple yet easy to understand, which was perfect for me after reading through countless pages of PDS from their main competitors!

I'm tipping this company to do great things over the next few years and they will blow other pet insurance providers out of the water. I will provide an update should we need to make a claim in the future.
