Website is easy to navigate , communication regarding order and delivery is brilliant and the order is delivered quickly.

Poor service. Item came after several weeks and probably only because I phoned them to see what the hold up was. When it arrived it did not have an inset for a tambour door as we ordered. We will now have to fit a furniture ply door which is ok but not what we had planned so it is rather irritating especially as the company have done nothing about it and keep fobbing us off. My advice, look elsewhere. Also the info on the site is misleading. It says ‘relax that there will be no cracks or leaks or mould that will develop over time”. Well to fit the toilet it has to be sealed with sealant ‘which attracts mould’, the shower drain will also need sealant etc so this does not ring true. It is poorly thought out and we won’t be buying another.

did not answer the phone calls i made on five separate occasions or the messages i left also did not respond to my emails, When i did speak with some one eventually my problem was dealt with promptly.
Your Customer service response when i first tried to speak with some one was very poor.
In summery your products are very good, the delivery service was spot on but if you fail to answer customer calls in a timely fashion or indeed fail to respond to their phone messages your great products count for very little.

Talked to a very helpful guy who was informed about my needs. Topcoat is fantastic for boat decks. Easy to apply and with added pigment did the job!

Overall the product was delivered on time and as expected. I have been testing a number of two part resins for a large commercial project and having set up the materials and preparation the chemical did not set as hard resin with a smooth surface. The customer service was helpful and I corresponded with their technical team via WhatsApp with a 2 minutes video explaining how I used every process correctly asking could this have been a bad pour, I was advised someone would get back to me and nobody did - overall this is a lovely team but a poor product and poor resolution. I would be interested to receive another batch of resins to test through my facilities again

product and service from Fibreglassdirect was 1st class and helpful however they used a courier that was awful,
not able to contact the courier after they claimed to have attempted a delivery at 06:15

I was very pleased how quickly my order arrived and well packaged I would have liked a some simple instructions sheets to help me as a first timer using fiberglass but overall very pleased thank you.

I cant fault fibreglass directs pricing and availability but what i can fault is the really really poor delivery service they are offering. i ordered on the 28/6/21 for a job i knew was coming up. the materials never arrived in time so had to buy elsewhere and pay for next day delivery. it is now 8/7/21 and i still haven't received my order due to the courier company (XDP Express) trying 3 times to deliver at 8pm when our business is closed. I have no idea now whats happening so have taken the decision to give another fibreglass company our business and stop using fibreglass direct.

I needed to fibreglass plywood underfloor boxes I was building on my minibus/camper an conversion so I bought a roof kit (I think it was called).
The kit was fantastic and I'd recommend paying the small additional cost for the tool kit because it's excellent value. The material they sent was exactly the amount I needed with little left over.
They were great at answering my questions and giving advice and recommendations but they were a little slow which resulted in me buying a topcoat product I didn't really need which added to my cost - hence only 4 stars.
I did however, apply the topcoat which gave me a nice even colour and very professional look and finish so I'm happy now I got the topcoat and, if your new to fibreglass work, give them a call or drop an email and they will come back with solid advice but, be patient because the Covid situation impacts on delays.
