Im new to this industry, so i need more help when it comes to the process. So i contacted the support, her name is Audrey and she is very accomodating, she forwarded my concern to the management and Thankfully theyre giving me my plus 1 account! shout out to this company and to there support team, they are superb.

Awesome prop firm an excellent support team...

The worst prop firm, all the rules are focused in that u loose the challenge, read all the reules carefully (DDdiary, max DD,days of trading, etc), because trading is hard but trading in fidelcrest is harder.

They are a very great team. They offer challenge accounts with reasonable and competitive prices.

The customer service is excellent and support agents are very respectful, especially I am thoroughly satisfied with the services that Juan provides.

Such a quick responce from Sarah as passing my challenge took a little longer than expected within 2 mins of messaging i had a new account all set up ready to start again!! really cant fault this company at the moment.
