I would not give this service any stars if I could. It's not often I'm moved to give a review of any sort but this is awful.
It seemed reasonable value at 95p to find a manual.... What I was looking for turned out to be freely available online, but this company failed to find it at all
Worse than that, after giving it up as a bad job, I found that I had been auto subscribed to a service for £25 every 2 months! First I knew was the money left my account.

Company is not interested, I feel completely misled and out of pocket.

To late for me but you can save yourself. Don't touch with a bargepole.

Take care! This site is a con. I requested one manual and found them taking £24.95 per month from my debit card. I had to cancel my subscription - I was not aware I had even signed up to a subscription.

You delivered as promised and at a reasonable price. You could have given better information on the web page as to how it all worked and therefore would have saved a phone call, which went unanswered for at least 20 minutes. Necessitating a message and call back.

Having misplaced the original manual, I requested a copy online and it was received within hours, very much appreciated. Thank you.

Update: If you don't want to keep *paying every month*, CANCEL your subscription. If I could I would give zero stars. I bought one manual for (I believed) 95 pence and discovered they took EIGHT monthly payments of £24.95 from my bank account. That's £200. If you've bought a manual from them log into your 'account' with them and unsubscribe IMMEDIATELY. What looks like a 'Premium' account on their website is what you are actually signing up for, not just the manual you purchase. I assumed that was for people regularly wanting manuals, but no. I did not read the small pale grey print carefully. If you don't want to keep paying every month, CANCEL your subscription. EDITED 7/7/21. Having contacted them and requested a refund, I have now been refunded £149.70. Which means the wrong manual cost me £50.85.

I wanted a stoves dishwasher manual but they could not find the actual one for me so sent a similar one.after a few weeks they found try the one ok was looking for and sent it to me.i was very impressed by the service.

The times i needed a manual to help with machinery, to guide you through the workings of engine/carbs anything. When you think all is lost and don't know where to turn, Findanymanual try these people they are a godsend belive me i know.

Didn't find anything I hadn't already found on a Google search, charged 79p and then a monthly subscription which isn't made clear in the T&C's. AVOID

Ohne mein Einverständnis zu einem Abo wurden mir monatlich 11,95 € abgebucht, die zugeschickte Gebrauchsanweisung war ausserdem falsch.

Habe auch eine (eigentlich unbrauchbare) Bedienungsanleitung für Android 10 zum download für 0,95 EUR gekauft. Dieser Betrag wurde meiner Kreditkarte auch belastet. 1 Woche später erfolgt eine neue Belastung über 24,95 EUR, obwohl von mir kein Auftrag für irgendeine zusätzliche Leistung erteilt wurde. Habe jetzt versucht, über mein Kreditkarteninstitut zu reklamieren.

I am disgusted that Findanymanual has taken a monthly subscription of £11.95 from my debit card having recently paid £0.95 for a manual, which I required for my second hand caravan.

Extremely efficient. Prompt response. Would highly recommend.

Danach Abbuchung von 11,95 EUR. Warum? Wenn man englisch kann und das ganz klein gedruckte unten liest, erfährt man, das man ein Abo abgeschlossen hat und keinen Kauf. Ein etwas fragwürdiges Geschäftsmodell. Nach Kündigung habe ich aber die 11,95 kurzfristig zurückbekommen.
