Very helpful and efficient would recommend.

First time I used this site. Initially I had a problem supplying the correct model number for the unit I was looking for but, after some email exchanges, this was sorted out. It would be helpful if the website allowed modification of the manual search parameters, this might allow for search parameter mistakes to be corrected.

I've learnt my lesson now. I 69. I wanted a manual for my Hoover. Picked this company. Paid my 95p. Recieved 1st email from them saying click on the link and download manual. Something in my head was telling me not to so I didnt. Then when I went into my bank statement.found a pending payment for £11.95 for them. I immediately emailed them. Their replies kept saying no file for my email address or subscription either. Phone this number which I did they denied knowing them. Several emails later still no joy. Phoned 2nd time and they cut call before answering. Daughter said try unsubscribe which I did. It came back no account with them. I didnt register with them or make a log in. I've now
got my bank involved as its classed as unauthorised payment which has been paid to them. I've also been advised to contact Action Fraud and police. Wish I'd read Trustpilot before I did this. Fingers crossed the bank can get my money back.

I can only reiterate the previous reviews.
I purchased this believing it to be a one off payment, wrong manual received and found myself with a monthly subscription of £7.95.
Left a voicemail message late afternoon, received a call back first thing the following morning with agreement to refund me the last three months payments and cancel my 'subscripton'.
No challenge, only advising this is for commercial businesses requiring regular manuals not domestic one off purchases listed in their terms and conditions apparently. Customer service good, and a lesson learnt on my part - read the small print.

As previous reports have criticised, I bought a manual in August 2020, Yesterday I noticed that they had taken out £7.95 for a good few months, my fault for not noticing it sooner.
However after one phone call where the rep informed me this was their practice as it was generally companies who signed into this. The total money was paid back into my bank account the following day. Therefor I am well pleased, and a good lesson learned about the small print and to check my accounts more prudently.

This is a total scam wrapped up as a subscription service. I thought I was under the impression that I was paying £0.95 for a manual. They sent me completely the wrong manual which I subsequently found and translated from french. I wrote off the 95p only to be shocked to see £11.95 come out of my bank account. I guess they charge a minimal amount for the trial period to avoid the regulations around notification of free trials ending. I'm hoping to get my money back as they failed to provide the service

Not exactly a Scam, but REALLY sharp practice. They DON'T email you confirmation that you have signed up to repeated billing. They rely on us (the public) being busy, trusting and (sorry!) lazy. So we don't check the Ts & Cs. On the plus side, the ease with which they caved in, when I protested, shows that they know they're more than a little dodgy. And, if they ever refuse to refund you, your credit card company can (and will) do a chargeback.

Total con. Thieves. They’ve had £24 a month for 11 months until I discovered it on my bank statement. Nearly £300 for 1 manual. They know what they’re doing. Check the small print. Lots like me don’t and they’re getting rich on it.
Criminals. They’ve taken nearly £300 of my money for 1 manual. Vile disgusting rip off

Total joke of a company and I’ll be reporting them to trading standards. They put you on a subscription service yet can’t provide the goods. I’ve been charged over £50 for a manual they couldn’t even provide. AVOID

Beware they steal your info and charge you again and again, I am in dispute with my bank to get some of my stolen money back, stay away.
Update.
We have received refund for extra charges, and they agreed to stop charging out our accounts so our dispute has been resolved, also we hope they upgrade their site to prevent this to happened again.

The manual you gave me did not cover the automatic handset I have. This has numerous buttons on it which it did not cover. The instructions generally were very good but I cannot use them.
