Derek was amazing. We shifted the design style of two of our three awards at the last second and were concerned we wouldn't receive the awards in time for our program. Thankfully, Derek got our proofs updated and pushed out to us the same day and we were able to still receive the awards days before the event. Thank you, Derek! Awards are gorgeous and customer service was wonderful.

Melissa was just such a big help with good ideas and the best advice. I appreciate her so much because I was just sure I was going to make a mistake and ruin the timeline or something. Melissa was responsive every time i reached out, and she make the experience so much less stressful. We received the award after the event
We received the award after the event. It was the third time the award was wrong. It was supposed to be the most prestigious award of the night. You're people are great, but if an award comes back because it needs to be redone, have some kind of quality control because no matter how fast you ship it to us, if the award is garbage, it doesn't matter. The first replacement award was just awful and worse than the first. Completely illegible. That should have never left your warehouse.

The issue with the replacement appears to have been that the gold color fill had not fully cured before shipping, which affected the legibility and overall appearance. That should have been caught by quality control and never sent out in that condition, especially for such an important recognition piece.
We appreciate your kind words about our team and truly regret that the execution did not match the level of service you deserved. Your feedback is being shared directly with production and quality control management so this does not happen again.
Very cumbersome experience
Very cumbersome experience. Regret taking a chance on using this company. Made an error on our order and the time it took to fix was unreasonable- months-we should have used another company. It's unfortunate because the product was good, but the service was poor.
I was not even going to take the time to submit a review- just cut my loss of time and energy, but I received multiple emails from Fineawards asking for a review.
In their response they stated they " we moved quickly to produce a replacement." This is simply untrue. Getting someone on the phone took days. Then add on days of back-and-forth emails (approx. 17). The original order was made late Feb.and we did not receive the replacement until April 21st-ish. An apology would have sufficed. Again, cumbersome.

You are correct that one of the awards was produced inaccurately, and as soon as the issue was identified, we moved quickly to produce a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was delayed due to inventory availability on that specific piece, which extended the resolution far longer than anyone wanted.
We’re glad to hear the final product met expectations, but we understand that the service experience did not. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to improve from this situation.

Top notch quality
We always have great results working with Fine Awards! I ordered more awards twice after my initial order and they all arrived very quickly and on time. The turnover rate is so fast and the quality of the product is top notch.

Unprofessional and Dissapointing
Terrible experience. Not communicative at all. Awards did not arrive on time for a very big event we had. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend going with this vendor.

To clarify the timeline, your order was placed on 4/17, with proof approval completed on 4/22. From that point, the order was produced and shipped on time to meet a 4/29 delivery using next day air service.
Unfortunately, UPS experienced significant weather-related delays across multiple hubs on 4/29, which prevented on-time delivery despite the order leaving our facility as scheduled. Tracking shows the package was delayed in transit due to these conditions and ultimately delivered on 4/30.
We understand how frustrating this is, especially when timing is critical, and we did refund the expedited shipping due to the missed delivery commitment. While the delay was outside of our control, we regret the impact it had on your event.
FineAwards made sure that the award was perfect and to my liking.
FineAwards made sure that the information that was put on the award was the way I wanted it, in the font I wanted, and fit it perfectly. They have a large selection of awards to chose from and the turn around time is awesome.
