My mother in law ordered me a shirt last month. They took her $29 Immediately but I still have not received the shirt. We’ve sat on the phone for a total of 3 hours on hold. She finally got ahold of them, gave them her confirmation code, they hung up on her. We’ve sent 9 emails total in a month and surprise.. no answer. I don’t recommend them.

I have never dealt with such an terrible company. I placed an order 7 weeks before I needed it and paid to up grade shipping.....well I never received my item. I had to email them several times before anyone would answer me then all of sudden my item was shipped with a 9 day time frame. I then requested a tracking number since I paid extra for that and no one ever answered my email. I will never purchase an item again from this company and will tell everyone I know to never buy from them!

Ordered the Mother's day sweater and a onesie as a gift for my daughters 1st Mothers day.
Sweater arrived without the name I requested, it is just blank. I have never received the onesie. On the tracking it says that it is still in printing. Definitely not going to receive it before Sunday.
Communicated via email a few times with Adam from customer service, but I was just getting the runaround.
Fortunately, I purchased through PayPal and I've been able to submit a claim and suspend the $75 sweater payment until PayPal investigates (PayPal rocks!). Unfortunately, the $33 for the onesie has been paid, however I will be submitting a refund claim through PayPal for that also.
So, I have a useless sweater now that I can't even have personalized and gift because it is tied up in this claim. I am totally dispirited about my Daughters first Mommas Day gift! I was super excited to give her what I expected to be an awesome sweater with the matching onesie for my Granddaughter.
Please DO NOT deal with Teezily or Finekick! The only things you will receive from them are getting ripped off, disappointment and hassle!!

Mothers day has come and gone, never received the onesie. Finekick has blocked me from posting on their Facebook page. I only wrote 1 comment telling others not to order and put a link to Finekicks reviews here in order to save others from being ripped off.
I have also submitted a claim through PayPal seeking a refund.
Hope everyone that has been scammed are able to receive their money back also!

Ordered a onesie in April for Mothers Day and still have not received it. I have sent a couple emails and have only had automated replies. I look online and track my order and all it says is that it's in the print step. This place is a scam and I will never order anything from them again. I was really looking forward to having my daughter wear this onesie as it's my first Mother's Day.

Pretty much summed up with everyone’s complaints above. Been nearly a month since the order was placed and no communication at all. No response to emails. Devastated as it’s my wife’s first mother day and I was hoping to make it a special one.

Just spoke to a representative at Teezily.com which is the company servicing FineKick.com. I ordered a mother's day onesie on the 18th April with 'Fast delivery with tracking' which basically just means they process your order to Teezily's print facility in 3 days or less but, then it get's shipped out with normal shipping and not express shipping. The rep was actually really nice and answered all of my questions. Not sure about everyone else's order but, my order from Sydney, Australia was received in the US and sent to Teezily's print facility in Missouri. And there's a problem with the print facility and the high volume of orders for Mother's day, apparently... So they don't have a local print facility in Australia, just a call centre that actually isn't picking up calls during normal business hours (my call got redirected to the US). He said my order was supposed to be shipped out at the end of last week (May 3) but with the delay it will probably be end of this week. This is just poor management at the print facility not anticipating the high order and production volume. Finekick should have AT LEAST sent me an email about the problem with the print facility and that my order was delayed. This just means they don't really care about their customers and they make enough from first time customer to keep doing business without repeats. Now I gotta find another present for my wife... Never again...

Reading the review now I realize I made a mistake. I too ordered a onsie for my daughters first mothers day. It been almost a month and its just been shipped today. It will take 6-10 business days so surely will not arrive on time. This is a case of a great concept and ease of use but poor execution and delivery. I would have paid for express delivery if that was an option. I even tried to call and email but received no response. Not a happy customer.

How disappointing. Never received the Mother's Day onesie Credit Card was charged 4/25 and today is May 7, five days before Mother's Day. Will never order from anything advertised on Facebook again. A shame for the honest companies trying to do business on social media.

I ordered a small t-shirt for my daughter’s first Mother’s Day with a corresponding 12-18 month onesie for my granddaughter. I was so excited picturing the photo that would be taken on Mother’s Day for a lifelong memory...NOT. They came one week apart, even though they were ordered on the same day, and they are WAAAAAAAY TOO SMALL. The print quality is questionable, and the best part is that the package came from France. Crickets have been chirping since I sent an email too. Nope, never again.
