Excellent experience! I am so very pleased with my glasses! They are excellent quality frames, sturdy and they look amazing! Very comfortable to wear unlike my Asda glasses frames. For the price, they are amazing value for money. I even got varificals which usually cost so much in standard opticians. My prescription is perfect, I can see so clearly out if them and I had super fast delivery with reliable tracking. I am so glad I tried Firmoo and I 100% recommend them. Outstanding and fab company!

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. The first arrived and they were fabulous - exactly what I ordered and perfect fit. The second pair was dispatched but lost by the courier company. When I contacted Firmoo they resolved the issue quickly (within 1 chat session) and replaced the glasses free of charge despite it not being their fault. Great quality, great service, great value.

Had many pairs of glasses from firmoo now after 30 years using high street and spending ££ on frames & lenses. Quality is great, ordering is easy and can put in your prescription clearly. Can also see real customer's pics wearing the glasses which I think is really helpful for ordering online. 10/10 recommend

Amended 2nd March 2026: Following the below review I was contacted by Firmoo's customer service team very quickly. Although I remain unimpressed with the glasses, I am very impressed with the helpfulness of the response. I was given the option of a full refund or a voucher for a higher amount then I originally paid. I opted for the refund which I have already received. So Firmoo have dealt quickly and politely in response to my concerns, and I'm most grateful for this. Extra star added for speedy customer service.

Original Review: After reading all the great reviews I decided to take a punt an order a pair of specs. I've never purchased prescription glasses online before so wasn't expecting great things. Good job that didn't get my hopes up. The frames feel flimsy. They don't look anything like they did when I virtually tried them on (massive and make me look like Penfold from danger mouse). I sent my recent prescription and had my pupillary measurement done correctly before I ordered. The specs that arrived are not the right prescription (too weak), and there's a blurred area in my peripheral vision which is annoying.
The website said order would arrive in 5-7 working days, but when I'd confirmed payment I got an email saying it would be 4-6 weeks - it was in fact a little less than this.
I'm glad the glasses were cheap because they aren't worth anything really. I won't be ordering from Firmoo again, and have already shared my experience with friends who were waiting to find out how I got on before giving them a try.

Great glasses, worth the wait on shipping and honestly doesn’t take that long way cheaper than high street brands

Myself and my daughter are over the moon with our glasses! Delivery was very quick with regular updates on delivery times etc … the quality of the glasses and sunglasses we both received are amazing

I'm in 2 minds about Firmoo's glasses. I ordered one pair for long distance which were perfect, so I decided to buy 2 more pairs. One with my reading prescription and the other long distance again. They arrived and I love the frames, but they were both long distance which was really disappointing. I checked that I'd entered the 2 separate prescriptions and I had. So although I really like the frames - i won't be buying from them again.

This is my first purchase and I'm very pleased with my sunglasses. Well made, clear vision and nice frame. Excellent value for money and quick delivery. Would definitely use again.

I ordered 2 pairs I glasses with my prescription and transition lenses. The site is so easy to use and their try on feature is nice. I love the styles I chose and my prescription is a bit unusual (short sighted in one eye and long sighted in the other) and they checked for errors which was nice. Order arrived speedy and tracking was great . Really great quality and totally perfect vision wise. One pair was not quite the colour I thought and they immediately allowed me to exchange them no questions asked. Would recommend the products and the service and will use them again

Was really sceptical given the low prices, but these are legitimate and really good quality. I bought a pair of glasses after mine broke (from a well known high street opticians). I thought they’re so cheap, if they only last 6 months it’s better than nothing. They’ve lasted 18 months. I need new glasses as my prescription has changed and I’ve just ordered prescription glasses and sunglasses for less than the price of one pair from the high street opticians I’d usually go to. And they’ve got anti reflective and anti blue coating… really rate this business.

Absolutely fantastic quick delivery and great communication

These are fabulous! I love my rainbow glasses, they fit well (I always have issues with glasses as I have a small head) and they are very comfortable. I have had mine for 2 years and still going strong. I also have sunglasses and always get comments about them being rainbow colour. Thank you
