Was introduced to firmoo by my wife. I decided to give it a try. Was I pleasantly chuffed with not just the price, but the quality and availability of numerous designs.
I will be ordering again

Got 2 pairs of specs, 1 with photo-chromatic lenses and another with the highest level blue light protection for just over £100. It would’ve cost me almost 3x that just for one pair from the big brand retailer I was considering going to.

Great value for money as if I broke one of these pairs (which is why I bought new ones in the first place) I wouldn’t feel like I’d have to break the bank for another pair.

I wouldn't waste your time..ordered a set of varifocal sunglasses
Order got cancelled without any explanation or even bothering to tell me i only knew because I got refunded
Tried to speak to someone on chat who made no sense whatsoever going on about BVD...suggested that the person who'd done my prescription wasn't professional! - vision express! What a waste of time.. I'm very annoyed

Great choice of frames, well made. Easy to use site. Quick delivery. Will thoroughly recommend to anyone.

I recently ordered a larger frame with light reaction.
Unfortunately after wearing them I had a really bad head - due to the weight of the frame.
The frame was beautiful and the lenses were great but I just couldn’t wear them.
I asked Firmoo for an exchange, they couldn’t have been more helpful.
They advised me with the type of frame and lens.
I chose another frame from the Baddies Collection with a light reaction lens.
They arrived promptly and are perfect.
To give 10/10 seems a bit of a low score they certainly are a superb company and I have recommended them to a lot of my family and friends.

This is the 1st time I’ve ordered off here. The customer service was spot on. So helpful making sure I got the correct glasses. Their communication was 5star. Definitely will be ordering again.

Fabulous glasses at a very reasonable price , I have clear lens and some frames with advanced varifocals , also transition lens on a couple of pairs that are lovely brown tinted when out in the sun .Im very happy and highly recommend Frimoo. Customer services are brilliant as well , very helpful. All you need is an up to date prescription plus your P D numbers that are easily obtained from your optician. You can also look at the measurements of the glasses you are currently wearing, its inside the arm , this will help you decide what size glasses you need. Customer services are there to help as well.

Easy to order, great price, great range of frames, delivery was quick, can't recommend enough.

A fabulous service! Glasses are second to none.. I had ordered something wrong on the second pair and customer service went above and beyond even though it was my fault! 10/10 service

Following ads on Facebook, I decided to try this company for my prescription glasses. I placed my order on 24 April. A few days later, as I was struggling without glasses, I contacted the company and offered to pay for express delivery, which I paid immediately. I was told my order would arrive on 8th May. Well, it's the 12th May today and I'm still struggling to see. I can't comment on the quality of a product I haven't received yet, so this comes out of pure frustration. I'll stick to Glasses Direct next time.

From the ease of the initial order, to the cotinued updates, the quick response to a query, the excellent packaging & the end product (which was 100% as ordered) - service as it should be. Exceptional quality and customer service.
However I made a mistake and ordered the wrong lenses. Totally my fault.
I contacted Firmoo, explaining my error, within 24 hours they responded, and issued a full rebate or a voucher.
I opted for the voucher and reordered new glasses with variafocals. They arrived in a week, and I am absolutely delighted with them. You have a company to be proud of. Exceptional quality and customer service.

First time buying prescription glasses online, I was shocked at the quality of the varifocals, the lenses are better than high street opticians, I will definitely be ordering more.

Really pleased with my prescription sunglasses, they arrived quicker than the estimated time and they fit perfectly. A bargain with polarised lenses costly only a quarter of the price my local optician would have charged me. Will definitely buy from them again.
