The glasses were really easy to order…

The glasses were really easy to order and had an app where I could see what they would look like on me.. they let me know when it was dispatched and gave me a tracking number.
When the arrived they are perfect! They look exactly like they did on the website and the prescription is spot on!! I love them!!!

Poor Delivery Handling and Very Disappointing Customer Service

I ordered six pairs of glasses on 4th April and paid extra for express shipping, but the entire experience was extremely frustrating.
After weeks of chasing my delivery, I suddenly received a message saying FedEx had attempted delivery. I then requested for the parcel to be redirected to a local pickup shop, which was confirmed, and I was told I’d be notified once it arrived.
Nearly two more weeks passed with no update. During this time, I contacted Firmoo multiple times for information, but I was repeatedly told to “wait another 2–3 days,” with no real effort to investigate. They also refused to contact the delivery company directly.
I eventually contacted FedEx myself, only to discover that the parcel had already been delivered to the pickup location. FedEx had apparently informed Firmoo multiple times. However, because the parcel wasn’t collected within the timeframe, Firmoo instructed FedEx to destroy it.
What’s worse is that the glasses were destroyed three days before Firmoo was still telling me to wait for delivery.
I’ve now requested a refund and will be taking my business elsewhere. If you’re happy to wait months for your order and receive little to no meaningful support from customer service, then this might be the company for you—but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Persevere with the website, it’s definitely worth it!

I found the website a bit tricky to navigate easily but persevered. I’m so glad I did as I absolutely love my new glasses! Their customer service is very good and I received a phone call when there was a query with my prescription. Communication is excellent. I will definitely order my next pair of glasses from Firmoo. I got two pairs of glasses for less than the price of one pair from my usual opticians.

Excellent service and style

Bought my first pair with my sons fiancée s recommendation . I’ve bought prescription sunglasses and I’m really happy with them, will certainly be buying more , service was good to only took a couple of weeks to come which is the same timeframe of my options but so so much cheaper

Firmoo First for Fabulousness …

Firmoo has the best choice of frames and lenses. The glasses I ordered have exceeded my expectations. They are amazing. Extra thin varifocals. Received in about 7 days. No issues. Just wish they did magnetic sunglasses to clip onto these. Thanks Firmoo.

Do not trust Firmoo’s "customer…

Do not trust Firmoo’s "customer service." After I received a faulty product, an agent named Pritam issued me a formal settlement of a $134.88 voucher (Code: f85a5fc9ef). I explicitly accepted this offer in writing.
Immediately after my acceptance, the agent tried to retract the offer, claiming it was an "accident," and attempted to force a much lower £25 voucher on me instead. Under Section 50 of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, an offer made by a trader and accepted by the consumer is contractually binding.
When I held them to the law and requested a manager or a Letter of Deadlock, the agent (Pritam) abruptly terminated the chat to avoid accountability. They have since sent me an unsolicited £28 coupon via email, completely ignoring the binding $134.88 agreement. This is a clear breach of contract and deceptive trading. I have full screenshots of the agreement and will be reporting this to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

UPDATE: Firmoo has replied claiming their binding offer of $134.88 was an "error" and is trying to rely on their "standard policy." Under UK Law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), a trader is bound by the information provided by their agent that a consumer relies upon. A "policy" does not override statutory law. I have not received the agreed-upon remedy and they continue to ignore the binding settlement. I will be proceeding with my report to Trading Standards.

Second to none customer service.

I have used Firmoo glasses for a couple of years now. Lovely quality glasses at really competitive prices!
