Second to none customer service.

I have used Firmoo glasses for a couple of years now. Lovely quality glasses at really competitive prices!
This year I made a mistake upon ordering and would like to say how professional, patient and helpful the staff were helping me resolve the issue. It is so comforting and reassuring to know that Firmoo totally care for the customer too! Thank you Firmoo!

Glasses are absolutely fab and the…

Glasses are absolutely fab and the lenses are just as I would have expected from any normal retail outlet. So so pleased. Will definitely be ordering lots more.
Delivery was quicker than I thought it would be. Brilliant service.

So easy to order

So easy to order. As a first time customer I took advantage of their 50%off offer. I got 6 pairs of glasses for £125!!! Including 2 sunglasses. I'm so happy with them. They all fit amazing, lovely colours of the frames. One of the sunglasses I purchases had 3 interchangeable lenses for sun/night driving. Will definitely be ordering more.

At the beginning I was skeptical...

At the beginning I was skeptical when my granddaughter told me how cheap the glasses were,even though they were prescription. So I went ahead and had my eye test and ordered a pair. The form I filled out wasn't complicated and then I waited. My granddaughter said it would take 2 to 3 weeks but they arrived within 2 weeks. They are surprisingly light , and fit over my hearing aids quite well ,if a little snug . It took a while to get used to them as I'd been wearing a 5 year old pair when my newest one snapped an arm off. So it was amazing to see clearly again. Even for driving,for reading,and just basically seeing. And as I said, the price was really great too.

Total Rubbish!

Appalling customer service. Think twice about using this company if you're thinking about transitional lenses....My lenses stopped darkening when less than a year old but because I reported this after 12 months the company chose to ignore the Sale of Goods act and refused to supply new spectacles or offer a refund. Sadly the bog standard response from Firmoo has been I reported the issue after THEIR 12 month warranty had expired , completely negating the terms of the Sale of Goods Act and ignoring the fact the lenses stopped transitioning after only nine months. Rubbish goods and rubbish response from customer service. They should be ashamed.

10/10 all around. Glasses are perfect, prescription is spot on. The choice of style and sizes out of this world. And the best bit is the price. Will never get glasses from mainstream opticians ever again

When non express are faster than the £15 express delivery

I’ve placed 3 orders in the last few weeks. My eyesight had changed and I needed some new glasses and sunglasses.
I placed the first order and got 50% off , I then placed another order and got 2 for 1 . Both these were within an hour of each other. Order no.2 arrived within about 8 days and that wasn’t express delivery. Fab sunglasses and the 2nd pair of glasses turned out to be the wrong colours instead of bright colours I got muted browns, greens and pinks… so when order no.1 didn’t arrive within a few days I got onto customer service, who advised wait a few days and I mentioned about the wrong colours. He issued a refund voucher for a new pair which I ordered and put on express delivery paying £15.
Order no.1 had been stuck in Leicester for over a week and finally arrived after I received an email saying they were investigating the issue. All good I thought till I had to enquire where my replacement glasses on express delivery were because now I hadn’t had any shipping notification after 7 days ( remember I had my non express delivery after 8 days) then I was advised they were expected 17th April … make that make sense? The agent had no idea why it had been delayed and had to send an email saying… I am no further forward.
I like the glasses but their service is hit and miss. I had a fab advisor who above and beyond then I had the one today who couldn’t really be bothered 😕

Perfect

Never ordered glasses online before so was a little apprehensive.
However, gave my prescription and my varifocal glasses arrived quickly.
They are perfect and I love the purple frames and the floral design on the arms of the glasses. Very comfortable to wear and appear well made.
I would definitely buy again, so much cheaper than my usual opticians.

Postage and fit

Postage too a while. About 3 weeks. Glasses are beautiful but don’t fit me unfortunately. I won’t order online again. Lesson learnt

Great customer service

Great customer service, I wasn't 100% sure if I liked my glasses, contacted customer service, offered a credit not and part refund Or a full refund. Recieved a full refund in less then 3 days. Very happy with this company.

Good value

I was skeptical, however very surprised. Ordered single lense prescription glasses and I have to say they are spot on. The price point was good and has optional extras. Shipped and received within two weeks, overall very happy and would absolutely recommend and use again.

Simple to use and very good…

The site is easy to use with lots of choice. I've used them before and now my prescriptions has changed I went straight back to them.
I was kept up to date with the tracking of my glasses. They arrived safely and are very good. The fit is nice and comfortable and the lenses are perfect. Very happy.

Firmoo might make good glasses but they have difficulty getting them to you

I can’t comment on the quality of the glasses from this company because the two pairs I ordered were never delivered after a 4 week wait from ordering. Apparently the courier couldn’t find my property despite having the correct postal address and delivering glasses several months earlier my wife ordered from this company.
Control over a courier in another country is difficult to achieve. My one star review is based on the absence of customer care, and to a certain extent, logic in dealing with the issue. I was offered a voucher £50 in excess of my original order to order any replacement glasses, or a priority remake of my original order at no cost, or a full refund. Standard delivery via unspecified courier was the only option without paying extra for Express delivery via a named courier. No way to treat a customer who’d been so inconvenienced. Couriers are the weak link. Express delivery would have mitigated this risk.
