A very professional company, came and removed my spray foam and reisulated their work was tidy, done on time and to a very high standard. And everyone who I have dealt with has been so polite, friendly and professional. Would always recommend first stop for roofing and Insulation needs, I will be using them again in the future.

our loft
our loft was a mess with wet insulation and mould on the rafters. Harrison, the chap who came to advise us from First Stop recommended treating the rafters and installing a warm roof system using SuperQuilt. Things initially didn't go entirely to plan and we were left with a damaged ceiling after an operative put a foot through it. But, First Stop immediately agreed to pay for a new ceiling and were very gracious about the whole process. And now we have a completely unrecognisable loft that has no damp or mould and looks so much better. We are extremely happy with the outcome and can highly recommend First Stop. The are a proper company with a lovely group of staff.

After a poor job I had done in having my spray foam removed from another company. First stop fixed the issue and provided a solution perfectly. Would recommend first stop to anyone with loft or roof issues. The installers were very clean, tidy and respectful.

Very impressed with quality of windows
Very impressed with quality of windows. Installation was started on time and completed in a couple of days. Ifti and Alan did a first class job, they put coverings on floor and covered furniture, would definitely recommend this team. Ifti pointed out that the original windows had not been installed very well. Would definitely recommend if you are thinking of new windows. Thanks again to Ifti and Alan.

I had my spray foam removed, and foil insulation put in. I had a very good experience, the guys that were here were incredibly tidy, and polite. I would very much recommend anyone with spray foam to use First Stop.

From the initial assessment
From the initial assessment, I found first stop to be absolutely amazing. The surveyor went through everything from, moisture readings to temperatures and showed me where I could improve and solve a few issues. My install was fantastic, they were clean, tidy and went above and beyond to help me.
Aftercare has been amazing they have come back to retest and all my issues have been solved. I couldn't recommend First Stop enough.

The 2 x groups of installater teams, Robert Crick Teddy Carl & Lee and the other group worked professionally to install windows at Dagenham East. They arrived in time and worked non stop to finish the job by 16:30 hrs.They were friendly and left the property in neat and tidy condition. Highly recommended.

Upon initial assessment, we had First Stop create a warm roof system. The team that came to do the install worked very hard, under difficult circumstances. We were also impressed by how clean and tidy they were. Since then they have returned to retest our lofts. And we are pleased to see our issues we had prior to the install have been resolved and our moisture reading are within the correct parameters. We would very much recommend First Stop for any insulation needs.

energy bill savings
Harrison Layland viewed our home and gave a very good quote which we accepted on the spot. The work was done quickly - warm roof system - insulation. The work has been re-inspected and the results are good.
A saving on heating of £40 per month over the period November 2024 to March 2025, as compared to the previous year. I fully recommend First Stop for any insulation needs.
