I have to let you know that today I had to reach out to customer service regarding several inquiries I had around my Catch’m Fishing posting on fishingbooker. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The representative assisting me was Maria. She was incredibly pleasant, professional, efficient and knowledgeable with every question I asked. I was equally impressed with how patient she was with me when I never seemed to run out of questions or that they would be the same question asked in different ways without me even knowing it. She not only answered every one of my questions with my complete satisfaction but to make my life easier, she showed me other ways how or where to look for some of those answers moving forward but still making me feel confident that I could still call in for a representative if I chose. And even though I had many questions, she assisted me with zero frustration on her part and was extremely kind, patient and detailed in her explanations. Never rushing me off the phone until she knew I was completely satisfied with what I needed help with. Maria, like others I’ve spoken to in the past, truly understands the importance of keeping your customer satisfaction at highest level since that’s where the business comes from and it’s just the right thing to do.
So thank you very much Maria for the wonderful customer service you provided today. And thank Fishingbooker. You both have easily earned your own separate 5 out of 5 stars. Superb on both parts. Keep up the great customer service.

A Game-Changer for Charter Businesses!
I've been using Booker for a year now, and I can confidently say that they've been instrumental in at least half of my bookings. Their booking app and payment system are top-notch, making my life as a charter business owner so much easier. Kiki was absolutely incredible. She was so patient and helpful. Super professional and had all the answers to the 1000 questions I had. She reviewed my posting with me for over an hr to ensure it was exactly what I wanted(wow). Never had a customer experience quite like this. Didnt feel rushed or like I was burdening her for one second. Shes knows her stuff, I mean A++++++!!!

unfortunately I had a fall and became injured prior to my trip. I was unable to go, but both the captain (Dimitry) and the staff at FishingBooker were very nice and accomadating to my situation. I look forward to booking through them next year and going out for that big catch!

Use FishingBooker when you are seeking the right charter to meet your needs…
FishingBooker is a really helpful tool to use when you are looking for a fishing charter as it quickly allows you to compare offerings from different captains so that you can decide what type of charter is right for you. I would also add that the customer service is excellent. I had an issue with an unresponsive captain and Adrian, who answered the phone when I called, quickly addressed the issue and was able to suggest alternative trips. Understanding what I was seeking, she recommended a captain who offered the perfect solution.

Whatever you do, DO NOT trust this company! They will steal your $200 deposit. If your trip is cancelled by your captain due to weather, fishingbooker and your captain will work together to say that you cancelled. Since they say you cancelled then they will not refund your money. Total scam. This is a very crooked company. You are better off not including this scamming company in your adventure. Contact a fishing charter directly and confirm bad weather refunds directly with your charter captain before your adventure. Trust me when I tell you, DO NOT include fishingbooker in your plans and DO NOT pay fishingbooker any deposit. They will scam you big time and you will never see your deposit. There, I saved you from these scammers ruining your trip. You’re welcome......................................
Here's our response to lying fishingbooker's response to our review. The captain told us three times while standing on the dock with him that we would be refunded due to lightning and storms. We then discover he was lying to us. We then spoke to the scamming fishingbooker three separate times and they basically told us to pound sand that it was a fish-able day. Fishingbooker and the captain worked together to steal our deposit. Again, do not trust this scamming fishingbooker website. They are a dirty scamming website that you DO NOT need to ruin your adventure. Stay clear. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT USE FISHINGBOOKER. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR TRIP.

Whenever a captain cancels a trip due to bad weather on FishingBooker, our policy is that we issue a full refund. We transparently communicate that on the captain's listing.
Captains tend to provide customers with a heads-up for possible unfavorable conditions. However, they don't necessarily cancel trips in these cases. They communicate this to set the best expectations for their customers and also make planning the trip easier.
If this was the case with your booking, there may have been a misunderstanding with the captain that led you to think he canceled the trip.
We tried reaching out to you in order to get more information about your booking, but haven't heard back from you. I'm hopeful that we'll hear from you soon so that we can figure out what happened :)

A Memorable Trip
For grandpa and 4 grandsons it was a wonderful experience. Captain Ethan Wish Upon a Fish was great. We had a novice fisherman on board and he was very patient in showing him how to fish. Everyone caught several fish. Would definitely recommend a trip with Captain Ethan if you are in Florida Gulf Beach area. Harold and boys

Our system automatically processed the cancellation and forfeited the deposit to the captain, which is why Chloe advised she needed a bit of time to consult about the cancellation.
After going over everything that happened, there was obviously a reason for you to cancel due to bad weather. Losing out on the deposit in that situation would be frustrating, so I completely understand why you felt the need to voice your concerns online.
We've since had the chance to review all the details surrounding your cancellation, and the first step to making things right was to issue a full refund of your deposit. Along with that, we've applied credit to your FishingBooker account as a token of apology for the stress you no doubt experienced with the entire cancellation.
Trust me when I say that we're really disappointed that your experience with our service ended up in such a bad way. Needless to say, this situation is a huge learning curve for our team and company.
We appreciate all you've done for the country and thank you for your service. In return, I'm hopeful that our customer service will have the chance to make things right, and Kristina has already reached out to you so that we can continue our conversation.
