Joke of a Company - DO NOT USE.
What an absolute disgrace. I've waited three weeks for a textbook - only to receive nothing. No updates posted on my tracking, an abysmal response from the Customer Service Team. This company is a complete joke. When I want to track my order, I expect to see EXACTLY where it is not just "Your order has been placed on February 27th" with no additional information to the books whereabouts. In three weeks, I haven't been given a single update outside of an expected delivery time of 14th of March to 19th of March - which, as you can imagine, my order didn't arrive during this time. DO NOT waste your time or money with this company, it'll simply leave you with a headache.

The expediency in which it arrived was also greatly appreciated, as was the tracking number to help keep tabs on it as it got closer to its new home. Good price for a new paperback release globally sourced
Good price for a new paperback release. Seamless international delivery which was delayed but the status was well communicated throughout proactively and I was given a right to cancel due to delay with a simple cancel order link.
Not used Fishpond before but was very impressed. I will use again if I have the option
