My experience with SolutionInn was terrible.

I purchased a book. I subsequently found a membership charge on my account that I did not knowingly intend to sign up for.

When I contacted SolutionInn, instead of refunding the charge, they told me that purchasing the book meant I had purchased/agreed to a membership and that their policy prevented a refund.

If purchasing a book creates a recurring financial obligation, I believe that information should be impossible to miss before the customer submits payment. That was not my understanding when I made this purchase.

I am disputing the charge through my card issuer and submitting consumer complaints regarding the experience.

Search for SolutionInn membership complaints before giving this company your payment information. There are other consumers online describing similar experiences.

I regret purchasing from this company and would not recommend it.

Avoid at all costs!! This site is extremely deceitful. You will be signed up for a monthly membership - there is no way to deselect the trial. When you get billed, they will deny any refund. Call your credit card company and charge it back.

I purchased a book from SolutionInn for $15.73. I believed I was simply purchasing a discounted book. I did not knowingly intend to sign up for a recurring membership.

I later discovered that the purchase was connected to a $14.99 recurring membership. I blocked the membership charge and contacted SolutionInn because I wanted the membership canceled.

Their response was that the discounted book was part of a promotional offer requiring an active membership. They then told me that if I did not want to keep the membership, I would have to pay an additional $29.98, which they described as the remaining balance of the full book price.

My biggest problem is that I did not feel these financial conditions were made clear and obvious during checkout. Had I clearly understood that buying the book at the displayed price would result in a recurring $14.99 membership or require me to pay another $29.98 to get out of it, I would not have made the purchase.

I have disputed the membership and requested that my account be canceled without additional charges.

Based on my personal experience, I recommend that anyone considering purchasing a book from SolutionInn carefully read every membership and cancellation condition before entering payment information.

I "bought" a book from them and never received it. Then, they started charging me for a membership I didn't want. Total scam. Don't use.

Hidden fee for $14.99 monthly, I got charged multiple months until I noticed, there was no notification whatsoever, only charge on my credit card.

Avoid using if you could... They WILL place you on a subscription without you knowing. IF you have to order anything from them, DO look at your account and cancel the subscription membership they place you on, and check the next month too to ensure its still in a cancelled state. It is likely their whole business model revolves around this activity.

After seeing their site pop up on Google as having a book I wanted at a low price. I foolishly bought from this site; I had to make two orders because the first was cancelled.

However, the same day I issued a second order, I realized my bank had frozen my card due to suspected fraud. As it turns out, Solutioninn attempted to make multiple unwanted transactions under the guise of a $14.99 monthly membership subscription. I thought I was making a one-time payment; no membership was ever mentioned.

I received a refund only after having to do an "external refund" request via email because they took my money hostage and were keeping it in my account as a "deposit". Meanwhile, I had to wait days for a new card to come in the mail.

I did get my money back, but the stress of waiting for a new card and for my refund to arrive was draining. I'm also skeptical that they will still attempt to charge me a subscription fee, even though I cancelled it and deleted my account.

I also now see they've created two fake reviews under the book I purchased; both reviews are from the dates I made my purchases and my state. There is also no review system on their site, so these reviews are total AI-generated BS.

These guys are total crooks, and I will be reporting them to the FTC for hidden fees.

TL;DR: They never intended to sell me a book; they wanted my card info for long enough so that they could make unwanted charges without me noticing, and then held my money hostage. After finally getting a refund, they proceeded to make fake reviews to lure in more unsuspecting people.

I bought the book and I did not receive it. Always they said that the book will be deliveried by Amazon. They charged my credit card. SCAM Please dont use this website. I ordered on July 9th today is August 5th

This site is a scam. I cancelled on many occasions, and they still tried to charge my card. You have to go through a 7-step process to cancel. I ended up changing my debit card. There are many other options out there; this one is not the one.

Bought two books from them which one was free which they charged to my credit card via PayPal. A week later they tried to charge me for an unauthorized charge for $14.99 which I immediately contacted PayPal [no help], and SolutionInn cancelled order for my free book. I emailed them, now they want to charge me $20 to dispute it. Stay clear of this place, I would not even give this place one star for deceptive practices.

Same experience as others. Purchased a textbook at a steep discount. There was nothing during the checkout process that clearly stated that I was signing up for a membership costing $14.99 per month. Noticed this charge after a few months on my bank statement. Never used their site. They didn't refund any of the charges.
Their business model should be illegal. They bait people by selling books on the cheap and sign them up for memberships without their knowledge. Reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission to investigate their unethical business practices.

SCAM! I ordered a book and was enrolled in a monthly recurring membership fee without it clearly being stated in the check out process. I should have read reviews before I made this purchase because many other people say the same thing. This needs to be reported and stopped. If I want to cancel my recurring my membership, I have to pay a FEE! Are you kidding me?

I was led to believe my book was $7 , a substantial savings over new. If I cancel early I must pay $43 for the same book. I also must pay a restock fee. Cancelling membership today, but they make it impossible to do so easily. They need to be reported to the government agencies as being a scam.

what a pitiful scam!!! posing as a cheap bookseller but sneaking in a unwanted monthly membership!!???; cancelling the unwanted subscription is a headache. STAY AWAY

Extremely frustrating cancellation experience. I initially reached out to customer support because my attempt to cancel the subscription would not go through properly. Instead of actually assisting, I was repeatedly directed back to the same cancellation process that had already failed. The entire experience felt unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming, with excessive back-and-forth just to stop future charges.
Customer support should help resolve issues, not create additional hoops for customers to jump through. A straightforward cancellation process and more responsive support would make a huge difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unsupported and disappointed.

I was able to order the textbook without any issues, however, I did not agree to a membership. I contacted the company regarding the membership and was told that the membership was highlighted, including its associated benefits. Also, if I cancelled the membership I would be charged the full price of the book.
I attempted to cancel the membership and am being charged a "Book Price Recovery Checkout" fee. The company is claiming the cost of the book is $141.86 and I would need to pay $37.68 to cancel the membership. I checked the cost of the book when I placed the order and it was $96.79 (not a discounted price). The discounted price was $69.21. Using their own calculations, they would owe me money.
I did not use their services for anything other than to purchase a textbook.

Trying cancel subscription, have to wait for an email to confirm cancellation. Still have not received the email.

The offered a free book and then began charging $14.99. They do not answer the phone number listed and provide no email address for contact.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and received a credit, however, the very next month, Solution Inn changed their vendor name and began charging me again.

I simply tried to buy one book from these people, and it has been a nightmare.
They keep trying to charge me for a subscription I never ordered and don't want.

They did not have the book and finally after five emails, they're returning my six bucks; but their platform keeps trying to charge me for the subscription I never wanted or ordered.

Stay away from the site, it is a snake-pit of greedy incompetence.
