If you interact with them at all (like buying a book) they start charging you a monthly fee. They make it EXTREMELY difficult to stop the monthly charges.

My experience working at SolutionInn has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise potential candidates to carefully evaluate their decision before joining this organization.

One of the major concerns is the consistent delay in salary payments. Employees are often not paid on time, you will be getting the salary on 18th and 17th of month which is against release date(10th of month) as per the contract policy, and in many cases, salaries are transferred through personal accounts instead of an official company account. Payments are also frequently split into two separate transactions on different days without any prior explanation or communication.

The work environment is highly political and toxic, making it difficult for employees to perform effectively. There is little to no job security, and employees may be terminated without any prior notice on any given day. I personally witnessed individuals being fired over minor issues, such as exceeding usage limits on internal tools like cursor accounts.

Employee retention at the company is almost non-existent. Management and senior staff do not appear to focus on employee development or growth. Instead, they often give negative performance reviews and low evaluation scores, even when employees are putting in their full effort. These reviews are then used as justification to reduce salary packages at any time during employment under the pretext of poor performance.

Additionally, overtime work is frequently expected but not compensated. Tasks are assigned without proper instructions or requirements for example, building dashboards with vague guidelines. After completion, extensive changes are demanded, often without constructive feedback, leading to unnecessary rework and frustration.

Benefits such as fuel allowance or medical coverage appear appealing initially but may not be as reliable in practice. Furthermore, the HR department and management are generally uncooperative. Employees are not provided with salary slips or experience letters until they complete one full year of service, which can create difficulties for those planning career transitions.

Overall, the company’s social media presence does not reflect the actual internal environment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working at SolutionInn, regardless of the salary package being offered.

Don't fall for the "free" studybook. Apparently it is tied to a sneaky monthly subscription that they don't tell you about. If you cancel this subscription they'll also cancel your book order (that you paid shipping for). Now you have to fight to get that money refunded.

Remember, nothing on the internet is free. If it seems too good to be true, then it is.

I unsubscribed and deleted my account a month ago and received an ‘Account Deactivated Confirmation’ email, yet the company continues to charge me. They have not replied to my emails, and their phone number (407-403-6557) is not operational. Based on this, I believe the company is operating as a scam.

SCAM. Lure you in with a free book, after you sign up they charge your PayPal account 1.00 and then refund it to make sure the account is active and then set you up on a membership for $14.99 mo.

I cancelled the same day and it stated on their membership page that I would not be charged. A month later I was charged. I disputed with PayPal and LOST the dispute "We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because our records show that this transaction was processed correctly."

They use the month long "processing" your cancellation to bypass PayPal disputes so you lose. I am currently disputing with my bank. This company is scammy!

I subscribed in order to unsuccessfully download just one ebook, then forgot to unsubscribe. The next month I immediately asked for the refund of the 15 dollars they take, but their policy doesn't allow it. The paper book would have costed much less. Useless and disappointing service.

I somehow stumbled upon this site and found a book I had previously bought off of Amazon for around 45€ advertised here for free. (Pharmacology for the medical student by Dr Erick Arden Bourassa)

I got curious and ended up trying to buy it, the website and order only showing that I have to pay the delivery charge of 8,99. Foolish as I was, I did. They weirdly charged 1$ (yes Dollar) off of my Paypal but it was instantly refunded. I didn‘t receive a single email from this company, just the paypal E-Mails about transactions.

Last night I was checking my paypal and saw that 8,99$ had been booked by SolutionInn, and another 14,99$ a few days later. Wtf? Went to the (really shady, cheap and noisy) website, logged in and went to my account and financial history. The 15 bucks were booked for a „study membership“ which I had never previously agreed to nor seen that the website even offers such a thing.

I tried cancelling this membership, but these scammers have the audacity to denial cancellation until you have payed your remaining fees for what I had initially bought as a FREE book. So the site basically tells you to pay them about 80 bucks (remember I bought the book on Amazon for 45) in order to cancel your membership. Since their „business“ (scam) model is illegal under German and European law, I immediately went to my paypal account and denied SolutionInn further access to my bank account. Then I opened a PayPal dispute in the solution center concerning the illegal withdrawal of my money.

Not even 3 minutes had passed, I was just writing a complaint on the SolutionInn website when it refreshed and this window popped up:

So basically they’re now blackmailing me to send them even more money in what seems to be a pathetic retaliatory attempt at me opening a PayPal dispute.
For them to have this audacity, I opened up a complaint in the German consumer protection center.

We shall see who has the last laugh in this.

Scam, in this world there is nothing free io charge

Solution Inn has the “free book” as a buy now pay later scheme where they charge you $14.99 for their membership until the cost of the book is recovered. They will not allow you to remove your payment info until you pay their hidden charges. They will charge you $20 to refuse the order. Be aware.

They are fraudulent people, they stole from me 50 dollars without permission.

If I can go lower than 1 star, I would. Their business model is to lure you in with "free textbooks", have you pay for shipping and handling, then cancel your order because "free textbooks are subject to our policies and availability". Then they keep your money.

If you put in a credit card, be sure to report the card as lost/stolen so you can get a new one that isn't tied to this scam

They'll take your money!!! I only ordered a book. Got an email saying i was saigned up for a free membership, it said $0.00, so i left it. A few days later, they charge me 14.99 without telling me!!! Don't trust them.

Fraudulent, just charge your credit card without permission.

Do not subscribe to this organization. This is the fourth time I've been charged, even though I have put in multiple request for my account to be cancelled.

First, you have to put in a "friends email" to even cancel. Then you have to get approval prior to cancelling the membership. Then, they require you to send click on a link to confirm. I clicked cancel, that is my confirmation!! DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER!!

Dont fall for “free book” its a scam you will end up paying over 100 dollars for it

I love Solution Inn. It's $14.99/month compared to Cheggs over $20/month... It doesn't have every single answer I need, but it has most of them. I'm not sure why others do not like this site. It's super helpful to me, as I am in college at the moment.

This resource is SKETCHY and did not meet my expectations, also the cancellation/de-activation process makes me think this is all a SCAM.

I canceled my account last year, but was still charged again in January and February despite the website clearly stating my account was canceled. This raises serious concerns about the service's billing practices and I am disputing the charges.

Proceed with caution and don't expect to find useful help -- based on my experience, I would AVOID.

This is a total scam and fraudulent service. Stay away from the scamsters and their BS offers.

Solution in is a scam run for your life they charge me a reoccurring charge of $15 they never told me they were going to do that the book was supposed to be $7 they also charged with that that's fine but then when I asked for my reoccurring charge back they said I owed $20 so they were trying to get $20 out of me just to get my charge of $15 back that they initially charged me, fraudulently charged me I was never told that I was going to be charged over and over again why it was just a one-time charge run from this company as far away as you can, also NEVER got the book

Its a scam. They called me to be an ambassador and inspire students to use it and they will pay me. I subscribed it for a month and then cancelled it but guess what they charged me 20 USD without my consent. I got alerted when saw this in my account and I disputed it immediately. Now their site is also unreachable. They are complete scam. Stay away from this site.
