Solution Inn Reviews

I was drawn in by their free textbook scam. I used paypal cuz I thought it would be a safer option but little did I know (since I rarely use paypal) they have been charging me and making themselves a recurring subscription. At first it was small amounts like 5.99 CAD and they refunded it. But then it was a 21.38 CAD purchase which they refused to refund nor did paypal do anything about it. I had to delete both my paypal accounts and disable my card after due to how unsafe it was.

TLDR: scam, charges you money without your consent, do not enter your payment details

Do not use Solution Inn! They only charge you but do nothing and they don't refund your money!

Terrible! Honestly it was not useful at all and you kind of have to jump through a loophole to cancel the membership. After you cancel you receive and email that looks like a confirmation of cancellation but really there is an extra step to the cancellation which includes clicking the link in the email. So I was charged 3 extra months $45 in total before I realized I was still being charged by them. If I say I want something canceled then I want it canceled. This company plays with people money. Just save yourself the trouble and do not sign up for them.

Scam site. I signed up as a tutor and they reject every answer without any justification. No payment has been cleared for any of the questions I answered.

This website is a complete scam. They ask for money for a subscription, and then when you ask a question, a different person emails you to hire them to answer it. It's a double money scam. Don't give them your money.

The main idea is always to work and get paid. Unfortunately, you spend so much time working and delivering quality work and when it comes to payment, the Solutioninn team doesn't want to pay you. This was supposed to be my first withdrawal, I have never received a penny and it's now over 3 months requesting a withdrawal which never happens. Very useless company.

Unfortunately there is no option less than 1 star. Solutioninn.com is a scammer be aware of it and DO NOT use their service!!!!
Its very very RED flag not to use it.

First:
They don't have correct and complete solutions, and on the top of monthly subscription they will charge you additional $$ to view the answer.

Second:
They have a trap for the cancelation process. When I did try TO cancle the subscription, after I did all cancelation process I have to wait an email from them and click on it to complete the cancelation. And they also forced me to provide one friends email address during cancelation process. The cancelation email did not come on time, and by the time I received it, it was expired and did not work. Than I have to repeat same process 3 time again and by that time they charged by another month charge.

Third:
When I called there customer service my call transfered to scammer and they asked me my name, address, DOB, payment card number etc. So even I can not reach them.

I am satisfied with purchased answers. They offer many discounts to registered members.
I buy solution only

They are not honest on their website. They lied and signed me up for a monthly membership that I did not agree to. They now want me to pay for a textbook that they were shipping for free in order for me to cancel said membership and delete my account.

Last week, during my exams, there were two questions that I couldn't answer. I searched online for a long time and luckily came across a website that caters to students like me. This website, SolutionInn, helped me with most of the answers, but I was disappointed to find that one of them was incorrect. However, I reached out for expert help and they reviewed and uploaded the correct answer. Despite this issue, my overall experience was positive as I was able to avail a free trial offer.

I occasionally used Soultioninn for my assignment task. Soon I will join its professional community as tutor.

I have tried this platform a couple of week ago and they delivered high-quality work that help me to Excel in my academy.

difficult to cancel

My daughter said she gained some benefit from this site. However, we had a recurring membership - automatic each month. I had to go through a whole "song and dance" to simply cancel once she graduated. And still - you must wait to simply cancel. I really need to learn to NEVER do anything that is recurring billing because it is rarely easy to cancel. They take you through a series of questions, begging you to stay on in some capacity. But, in the end, you have to do more and more work to cancel. I'm sure they believe people will give up and just pay the money. I pray we go back to ethics in business. It's getting old.

They say you can have a free book, but in the fine print, it says you have to keep a monthly membership which is outrageous. And if you have a question you have to pay one of their tutors another fee usually starting at $25.00 and up.

Scam. Says it’s gonna give you a free trial, then doesn’t give you anything but an account that you can’t do anything with unless you pay.

Solutioninn has an automatic renewal for the membership on my Paypal account. Within one day of contacting them to cancel, they refunded my $13.99. I am pleased with them and will continue to use them for my college needs. Thanks, SolutionInn!

The solutions are good in length and quality is fine. It's a great deal to have access to so many solutions in just 13.99 a month.

I'm a student in college that works a part-time job and struggles to find the time to fit everything in. I needed to find someone to write my essays online. Searching around found Solutioninn.com, a writing tutor (I think her name was Christine) there exceeded my expectations. She had always responded me instantly. I appreciate their services and recommend others.
