Fitted Mirrors & Glass Reviews 

Well, the order process was slick and easy and I could have whatever size I wanted. Then when I had a technical question the engineer was extremely friendly and called me straight back. They're also sending out a pack of screws as one of the heads sheered off.

Dreadful service, no communication, everytime you ring the order is ‘out for delivery’ whatever that means.
5 day delivery is now at two weeks.
Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole again

Absolutely dreadful service. Avoid at all costs.
They delivered my mirror with no sensible packing, suction cups or any ability to move it from the van. The driver refused to touch it, the office refused to help so it was sent back. No communication or warning about poor delivery method at any stage in the sales process.
Since then i have not had a single response to my emails. So i am out of pocket and no mirror!

Mirrors appear to be OK. However, 0/10 for communication - it just doesn't happen. 1/10 for delivery. Delivery quoted as 5-7 days, but actually took 14 days. As we were to be out of the country, asked them not to deliver during a specific week. They obviously ignored this (see note about communication), didn't advise of delivery beforehand and didn't message to say they had been delivered. They were just propped up against the house wall with fittings thrown on the ground nearby. Unimpressed.

Their website says 24 to 48 hours lead time. Order two small mirrors and been waiting 5 days already. Contacted them and now been told a further 5 to 7 days before dispatch. In total for two small mirrors it will take nearly 3 weeks.

The mirror took longer to arrive than advertised, but the customer service was great via the telephone and I wasn't in a rush. The mirror was perfect and was very reasonably priced.

I ordered quite afew different sizes of mirror, to get an email saying couldn’t work with my measurements could I do again in mm I did and email to get a reply saying still can’t do and to do in inches to witch I replied I did that the first time to then be told that the Older guy has more patience then him and to resend said measurements AGAIN after 4-5 weeks of bk and forth it wasn’t done so many excuses of y not I just asked for a refund to be told they would happily send me back half!! And when question y only half because they started the order already witch I was told it wasn’t and to wait 10 days in the last email, we r now at the point of they won’t refund me and saying they will send my original order that they already said they couldn’t cut to that size DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Website stated that my mirror would be dispatched within 48 hours. After 5 working days, I called for an update and was total it would be between 7 and 10 working day. I called again and spoke to a woman who gave at least 5 excuses for why my order was taking so long.
I've received my mirror at 8am this morning, no warning or dispatch email. No curtesy phone call to say when it was being delivered, literally 0 communication.
The driver was awfully rude.

Would NOT recommend or buy from this company in the future. Awful experience, rude driver and dreadful customer service.

I ordered mirror and was expecting it to come in 7 days maximum as it says on website, or at least an update by email of my current delivery status. Yet there is nothing it has been 15 days already I’ve sent them 3 emails but haven’t received any replies. I’ve called them but didn’t get any answer either so I will wait few more days and then I’ll try to redeem my money back through bank. Extremely unacceptable customer service

I can only resonate with other one star reviews. It seems this business owner/staff have not learned anything from the customer feedback.
To summarise the experience in three words:

SLOW (7 days from ordering to delivery)
INEFFICIENT (chasing needed, failed delivery)
UNPLEASANT (CS & awful delivery that will dump your order by the main entrance with lots of unhappy moaning)

The fast delivery stated on the website is untrue.
I had to contact the CS several days after the order was placed to find out the status. I was told the mirror would be with me the following day.
I asked what time was the delivery scheduled for. I received no reply. I cancelled all my clients (work appointments) to wait for the mirror. It never arrived. The following day I was told the driver called me but it went into the voicemail.
It turned out that the driver did not read well the telephone number that was copy&paste hence with no error. But no one rang the doorbell.

The CS has a bad "I don't want to be here" attitude. The following day the mirror arrived after me waiting outside in the rain for the driver who could not find the address. He did not seem to be familiar with the GPS and online maps.
Before he arrived saying hello, the driver said: "I cannot carry the mirror upstairs". The mirror was large and completely lacking any packaging. One is just expected to carry that naked unprotected mirror by oneself. The driver reluctantly carried it with me to the building (4m) and left it by the main entrance not willing to help it put in the lift. I had to ask our domestic team to help me load the mirror.

All in all. I have been redecorating my flat. I received lots of deliveries in the last few weeks. I had no issues with any delivery whatsoever except for this hellish experience with Fitted Mirrors and Glass.

Do not hesitate to pay a few extra pounds elsewhere getting a civilised service rather than dealing with the negative people hating doing what they offer as the service.

Appalling service and telephone manner, very condescending. Staff had no idea about stock on website and which items were available. Do not purchase from them. Shocking way to in a business.

Quality of mirror is excellent but poor communication and slow delivery.

I am delighted! Fantastic service. Fast, efficient and great quality. I had a beautiful beveled mirror made for my bathroom, as we as a glass panel to protect the top of a chest of drawers - made to measure and a my replacement double glazed window replaced by a very friendly team of installers. I recommend these guys.

Elaine on the customer service number is a credit to the firm. A problem-solver who truly puts the customer first. So thankful 🌟

I’m very happy to recommend this company. My mirror is of high quality with well finished edges and having looked at other companies, it came at a competitive price. Delivery charge to North Wales was also reasonable.
Customer support was excellent as was after care service when I had an issue.
Delivery guy was extremely polite and helpful.
I would definitely use FM&G again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

The “fast delivery” as advertised is anything but fast. The website says as fast as 48hrs but it’s 10 working days!! If like me you’re thinking about choosing these guys for their advertised fast delivery then think again!! Terrible customer service too.

I've had a mixed experience with FMG:

- From order to delivery was 8 working days, which is within the window they quote, though my order was straightforward (2 small rectangular mirrors).
- The delivery driver stopped at the top of my road and told me if I wanted my order I'd need to come and get it. I was looking after my 2yo alone so I couldn't just leave. He was rude to me when he finally brought it to the door (I paid over £20 for delivery).
- The mirrors seem to be of good quality, the finished edges are very nicely done (apart from the dubbed corners which look a bit amateur).
- One of the mirrors came with surface marks, but I got a call from someone very helpful who talked me through how to remove them (which took about 10 mins) plus they promised to send me some wire wool in the post.

Their customer service seems excellent, it's the rest of it that let them down a bit.
