Found this company to be helpful in there communications. there were problems with delivery but not surprising with the COVID-19 situation and possibly staffing problems. The mirror arrived in excellent condition and quality. I installed it on the same day of delivery. Helen gave me an excellent estimate of the delivery day which was reassuring throughout the process.

I have never met Elaine, but what I do know about her is that she understands and cares that her customers get the best service possible. My delivery went wrong, but rather than settling wIth the usual “I’m sorry there is nothing we can do”, Elaine went off and found a solution. OUTSTANDING!! An increasingly rare combination of initiative, effort and care. FM&G will be my first point of contact should I need any future glass purchases. Thank you.

Ordered a mirror and got a order confirmation and that was it no delivery update. It turned up two weeks later then it was meant to without any notice so lucky I was in. The mirror had no packaging whatsoever ever so unsurprisingly had scratches down it. Emailed straight away and got no response. Emailed another one of their emails a week later and still got no response. Seems like they think if they just ignore any problem they won’t have to resolve it. Absolutely terrible communication. Ended up getting my money refunded through my bank which took 5 months. So if your willing to wait in for weeks for your mirror to arrive without any delivery date and risk it being damaged as they don’t actually know how to package a fragile item, and get ignored then this is the company for you

I can't comment on the quality of the mirrors as I haven't received my order - placed 24 days ago. The only comms I've received has been in the form of 2 emails - one was an order confirmation and the other an invoice. I called a few days ago for an update and was told I would have to wait longer because a) I picked the most difficult design possible (a small arched mirror, bevelled?) and because b) I live outside London. So I'd say the marketing line on the website is somewhat misleading. I've no idea when I'm due to receive my mirror and will certainly be asking for a refund if there's no update this week.
UPDATE: my mirror arrived next working day. I was only informed of the dispatch by the delivery company, not the seller. The mirror appears to be reasonable quality. Time will tell.

We ordered 3 x mirrors and had an issue on delivery. Elaine in the office was amazing in her customer service and provided a solution before I had even asked.
The mirrors were re-delivered today and the delivery driver, Tony, was also excellent and very helpful.
We understand that things sometimes go wrong and it is all about how you resolve it - you did well so thank you again.

Brilliant company to deal with; Kevin provided excellent practical guidance and the mirror was perfect - exactly as required, easy ordering process and rapidly delivered by professionals.

We have ordered 2 large mirrors and one small so far from FM&G and so far really impressed with the service.

The website is easy to use (There are lots out there that aren't we have discovered), delivery times are good and they deliver the mirrors themselves, which leaves no issues should anything get damaged.

Really good all round on our first 3 orders, we will shop again.

There was a good atmosphere on FMG premises as I came with my first order for glass panes. Really helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome and addressed my issues with a 5* service. When I emailed with a query, I was called back within minutes and they gave me every support for my second order that was somewhat complicated. FMG came recommended to me for which I was grateful. I heartily recommend them further.

Ordered on a Wednesday evening delivered the following Wednesday like it says on the web page, 5 to 7 days delivery. I didn't know they were arriving that day but that wasn't an issue with me as somebody was at home but I can see it being a problem for some people at work. Quality of mirrors look good and a good price, driver very nice and helpful. Good job.

Recently purchased 2 large mirrors from FMG, they look great in our rooms and the finish quality was very good for the price. You should be aware that delivery times are longer than anticipated at the time of writing, due to covid. This is obviously not their fault. If you are located Outside of the wider London area then their driver goes out once per week and tours the country. Delivery days are planned on the Friday prior to shipment the following week. Just give them a call and they will be happy to to give you an eta. I found them easy to deal with and we are delighted with the end results. Will be ordering from them again next time we need some mirrors.

Beautiful mirror, arrived as ordered, on time and well wrapped and was then easy to fit. The team were also then super helpful afterwards. 100% recommend.

Beautiful mirror and excellent quality. At the beginning I was very worried that the company is legitimate due to lack of communication. After calling them I received my item next day with a week delay. They produce excellent mirrors but communication needs improvement

We had a brilliant experience with FMG. I was after 3 unusually-shaped, bespoke mirrors with antique glass. I was able to visit the FMG workshop so I could see the antique finishes and they gave me samples so I could check them in my room. Following this, the team produced three perfect mirrors from a really basic, messy sketch I made! They were exactly what I was looking for and it's so nice to have unique, bespoke mirrors in our room. They communicated with us and delivered very efficiently and were very friendly and nice to deal with throughout the process.

Mirror ordered and paid for on the 18th November tried calling, messaging and emailing many times and no response. No communication is worse than a delay. This is the last item I need to complete a job.
No communication and I’m starting to think my order might not be for filled and they just pocketed the money.
I’ll update the rating on this review if I get any communication or even the mirror.

Website states 3-5 day lead time. Chase up after a week, no reply. Chase up again after 2 weeks. No response. Intercom buzzed after nearly 3 weeks and he has my mirror, literally in hand with no protective packaging whatsoever. I should've inspected the mirror more closely on delivery as 2 days after I've glued it to the wall, I find defects! Not happy.
