Fitted Mirrors & Glass Reviews 

Ordered two mirrors received only one, which was not wrapped at all. Was told the other one was broken and a new delivery would be arranged. Had to keep chasing them for updates, which were just false promises until they eventually started ignoring me emails.

At the end this was resolved after I phoned and was lucky enough to talk to a very helpful lady, she arranged shipping of the 2nd mirror, which arrived after 4 days,
almost a month after the order date.

Both James and Liam so quick to respond to needs and went out of their way to make my fitted mirror project work. Brilliant!

Fitted Mirrors have been absolutely flawless.
A mirror I ordered and self fitted cracked (which was my fault) and I requested a resupply and asked if they could help with a discount. James called me immediately and discussed the issue and the company have very kindly offered to resupply for a very small amount. I was expecting to have to pay full price again but they were sympathetic to the situation and incredibly helpful and very friendly.
Their customer service and response are 100% BRILLIANT!!! Why can’t other companies just be human?
I highly recommend this company. Great products, friendly, and fast turnaround.

We live in a time where 99% of companies don't care about customer experience & just want to make money. MirrorFit we're excellent & offered a service way above my expectations. The products & customer service was 2nd to none. Any questions we're easily dealt with, phone calls were answered quickly, call back's were prompt. During what is already a stressful build - their approach gave me a lot of faith that there are good companies out there!

Ordered two floor to ceiling mirrors. Excellent quality - exact measurements to the mm! Good adhesive provided too. Extremely happy with how they look. Delivery spot on also. Highly recommend

Started off well. No probs ordering the mirror and good communication. Mirror came without glue. I chased and was asked to pay for it (again). Then a promise of a courier for the Mon (didn’t arrive). Chased Tues to be told Weds. One glue delivered rather than two. Asked for a partial refund given additional time and inconvenience of having a very large mirror to protect while the saga was going on. Offered a refund of glue that wasn’t delivered or for the glue to finally be sent.

The website says that making the mirror will take one day and delivery 1 to 2 days . I put a comment to confirm that on my order. Next day I received a call saying that I item afford have been ready to be delivery next day but due to delays from their side it will be Wednesday next week(which is today and this is 8 days delay), I called twice today to confirm delivery, one at 3 p.m. And once at 17:30 and I have been promised for a call back , which never happened and the item didn't come today

I called this company to confirm a delivery date so I could take the day off work. At 4pm on that date I called and they said I would receive a call back. I then received an email to say it would be the following day. I called again to request another date as I would be working but have had no call back. Would not recommend.

This company’s customer service was amazing! They managed to get my large made to measure mirror manufactured and delivered in less than two days to fit me in before the bank holiday! The mirror was packed extremely well and the quality of the mirror was extremely good! Will 100% be ordering from these again! 😁

I placed an order for 2x custom mirrors. I queried the delivery date with staff and Rosa got in touch with me within a couple of hours to advise that the courier had broken the mirrors but not told me or Fitted Mirrors & Glass.

At this point I thought I was going to have to wait a long time for a replacement but Rosa sorted it in minutes. She advised that they would re-make the mirrors that day and get them to me on a van with one of their members of staff. Tony delivered the mirrors all the way from London to North Wales within that 48 hour window and both Rosa & Tony we really friendly and polite and I can't stress how good their customer service is.

You won't be disappointed! Thank you again!

Lockdown has created many issues in ordering stuff, but these guys dont appear to have even blinked at the the new way of working.
Ordered on thursday, delivered perfectly cut to order mirror on monday morning. Delivery driver was friendly and professional.

I have changed my review after receiving the product which I cannot fault. Beautiful mirror in the perfect size however the only thing that lets this company down is the delivery

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AS A PROFESSIONAL WITHIN THE INDUSTRY, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SUPPLIER HAVE EVER TRIED TO USE ON A PROJECT.

NOT ONLY DID IT TAKE MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS AND E-MAILS TO TRY AND GET TEMPLATING SCHEDULED THEY DELAYED PRODUCTION OF THE MIRRORS, CALLED LESS THAN ONE HOUR BEFORE THE APPOINTED INSTALL TIME TO SAY THAT THEY HAD NOT MANUFACTURED THE MIRROR ATER RECEIVING MY MONEY.

THE BATHROOM THEY WERE TO INSTALL IN WAS DISMANTLED TO ENABLE EASY ACCESS AND INSTALLATION AND NOW HAS TO BE PUT BACK TOGETHER TO AWAIT THE NEXT COMPANY TO ARRIVE.

COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION OF WHAT THEY DO AND WHEN THEY WILL DO IT

first delivery of mirror was broken! called me at 7am in the morning to tell me the mirror had broken in transit! 7am! 2nd mirror was delivered with no packaging at all. Have emailed them 3 times during the process of buying the mirror and trying to commuincate after, awful service. No one responds and rude staff! Will never order again and would reccomend to stay away!
