The staff were incredibly helpful when I came - they measured up, had the mirror cut and when I came back they installed it in the frame. They also gave me useful advice re the backing and wall mounting. Would recommend

Paid the money, simple mirror still not received after nine days, when you call you are told they will ring back but they don't, seems complete chaos.

Asked for refund or will commence a credit card dispute.

excellent service, the mirror came within a week of ordering and it is of very good quality. Delivery service was ideal, the driver carried the mirror to where it was to be fitted and then helped to fit it quickly which was so lovely of him!

Happy with the mirror well package, however there could have been better communication about the courier and tracking details. This would have made the process smoother.
