I have no complaints about the quality of the product or lead time of delivery. However, the company let themselves down by the delivery company/person they employed. He was extremely rude and obnoxious. Would not carry the item up to the flat and just left the item on the pavement. Said he was not insured to carry the item up the stairs. I had been extremely specific on the order that we dont have a lift to the flat on first floor. So will need the item taken up a set of stairs. Regardless the rude delivery man outright refused. How can you say you deliver if you deliver to the middle of the pavement and not my house. I paid nearly £10 for delivery of this mirror and was difficult to carry for a single women by myself. What a shame! I hope the company get rid of the delivery guy!

Great, quality mirrors made to the sizes requested. Delivery was very quick, staff very helpful and friendly.

So very helpful on phone, very simple online ordering and mirror delivered very very quickly by a very helpful pleasant guy. Every one I spoke 2 was pleasant and polite with good product knowledge. And main thing the mirror is first rate.

This would have been a 5 star review but there is no confirmed day of delivery, let alone time - I was told that it was not possible to give any update on delivery at all, apart from 'within five working days'. So although the items arrived safely I was not at home and found the mirrors left on the doorstep.

Great product, fast delivery. I may be being a bit harsh, but lost a star for lack of communication once the order had been placed. No email confirmation or delivery details.

Ordered a mirror 400mm X 400mm. Got a mirror 400mm x 402mm. Luckily it fits in the frame it was intended for but that’s by luck not design. Not sure why the sizing would be out like that, no mention on the website about possible manufacturing issues that I should have factored in. The mirror itself though apart from the size is exactly as ordered. So a pretty neutral review here from me.

Ordered on the Wednesday, delivered and fitted by Friday - a big, full-wall bathroom mirror, easy to order, quick delivery, looks great.

The mirror itself is excellent, cut to right size, bevelled, bronze tint and easy j clip fixings (recommended by knowledgeable lady on phone).

The problem lies with setting expectations of a 24 hour delivery (accepting a couple of extra days for bevelling and tint). This was ordered on 3rd of Oct and was delivered on 11th. This in itself would not have been a problem if I had been told this at the outset. The 3 unreturned phone calls and 2 emails are the problem. To have £210 taken from your account and then not be kept up to date on when you can expect the item is a problem.

James did eventually call me back to say mirror was on its way to being delivered. I would sincerely order from FM&G again if I was kept up to date with Amazon style updates on the order, and also knowing that item will arrive eventually and that my hard earned cash hasn’t been stolen.

I have been trying for over a week to get any response from this company. I telephoned and they asked for photographs and measurements which I sent the same day. Absolutely no response whatsoever so I telephoned the four days later. The lady who I spoke to was surprised I had had no response and promised me an estimate that night. It never came, so I chased by email 48 hours later and got no resposne. I just called again and was put through to head office who say they are only there to field calls if the store's lines are busy but have promised to pass my details on to the store. 8 days after sending them all the details they asked for, and I have absolutely zero response.
I see a review below that said he had it all done in 24hrs....? I can only conclude on the basis of service I have had that this is an internally generated friendly revue.
Come on fitted Mirrors - you seem to be trying very hard to loose a customer - Please get back to me urgently!!

I'll update this post when I hear from them so if there is no update you will know they never got back to me.

They got back to me in minutes! They are templating next week and installing week after - I'm therefore improving my rating a bit - but lest see how the next two bits go before I go any higher lower and finalise

Custom cut sized mirror delivered in 24 hours - amazing and for a good price! As well really friendly customer service and delivery guy. Perhaps not best protected when delivered but came without a scratch. Would recommend and definitely use again.

I never ordered the mirrors we needed as the person I spoke to on the phone (a lady) was not at all helpful. We needed a number of large mirrors and I needed information about fixing. Her reply was odd and so I asked for additional information to which she replied 'I was guessing'. That really inspired me with confidence. Anyway, that's about £900 they will not be getting!

Can’t believe how fast they came. And well wrapped, my mirrors were large and I framed, and still undamaged.
