Compramos el producto en Octubre 2021, pero hasta la fecha de hoy (mayo-junio 2022) no nos ha llegado nada ni tampoco nos han reembolsado un 15% que nos prometieron por el retraso (según ellos un error en su cuenta Paypal y que su equipo de finanzas lo está verificando).
Cuándo preguntamos por el envío, siempre nos responden diciendo que va a salir de 2 a 4 semanas, que hubo factores ajenos a su voluntad que provocaron este inesperado retraso. Así llevamos desde que la compramos.
Las disculpas ya nos suenan a excusa, engaño y estafa por su parte.

Received faulty scales that were bought as a xmas present, since then promised replacements but never received, have been trying to get a refund since then but just keep being told there are delays due to volume of refunds, Im not surprised by this but not getting anywhere and they really dont care as you cant contact them direct. To be honest, I dont think they would even care then. Cant tell me when I will get a refund, cant tell me how long the waiting list for refunds is, they are getting money for nothing!

COMPLETE SCAM! Never received my scale. They took my money and ran!

Why can't we score this company a "Zero"? I ordered the scale in November. By January I was concerned because there was absolutely no response or update on my purchase. Finally found my confirmation email and reached out to them only to be told that they had shipping delays. New date provided but still wasn't delivered. Reached out to them again and they said it would be shipped soon. Next time it happened, I asked for a refund and to cancel my order. They offered me 10% off, but I declined the offer. That was in March. 2 months later they're still telling me that my request has been sent to their finance department and has been prioritized for payment by the 20th of May. That day has passed, and they're still telling me the same canned response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I have had exactly the same experience. Ordered in November & they kept pushing delivery back. Requested a refund 2 months ago and still waiting. I have contacted PayPal to instigate a refund . Please be aware you have 180 days from date of order to get a refund from PayPal so i fear this is their plan. Don’t wait pursue refund through your original payment source . They are trading fraudulently

ZERO STARS!
I purchased back in December 2021 my order kept getting delayed, come March 24th I requested a refund. It's now the beginning of May and all I have is a bunch of back and forth emails stating that they are having "a high amount of volume for refunds and refunds will be taken care of in the order that they were received". Just pushing back the date for my refund. Unacceptable, I will be contacting the BBB and go from there. What's even more "convenient" is that they don't have a customer support line to call and speak with someone, it's "inactive" DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I ordered this scale I’m September of 2021 and my credit card was immediately chaRged. February of 2022 I still hadn’t received my scale so I canceled my order. It is now May and I have not received a refund. This is not a reputable company. Buyer beware!!!!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would! Same story as everybody else complete scam! Been waiting for my scale since October 2021!!!

I Ordered the scale in Oct 2021 and have not rec it yet. Customer no service offered a 10% off my order. I have yet to receive this scale. company Scammer! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered my scale wayyyyy back in November and they charged me for it. However i Still never received it. Asked for a refund over a month ago. Guess what?? Still haven’t received that either! This is a scam do not buy!!!

Like most others, I bought in November and even tried to work with the company buying into their whole "delayed BS" they were spouting. They offered me a 10% refund for waiting and said I would have my order by April 5th. No order arrived, no refund shown in my account - NOTHING. I reached out to say I wanted a full refund since it would now be MAY that it would arrive, and 7-14 days later, I still have no refund. I have disputed the charge with my bank and will be reporting them to whatever authorities are out there for companies like this.

Ordered the scales in November and like everyone else kept getting the order date pushed forward. Cancelled the order in Feb and they said they issued a refund. When it never arrived I followed up twice more and they just keep saying its being processed. A joke of a company.

Scam! Puchased in November, never arrived, company seem to be in trouble but still selling on their website, DO NOT BUY!

ITS A SCAM. I placed my order on November 1, they said it would be delivered December 13, then I was told it was going to be delayed until January 4 and it never showed up so I reached out again and they said February 2nd. It is now March 18th and they won’t reply to any messages. I want a refund and they won’t reply to me. I don’t believe they are even manufacturing it anymore, just charging people for a nonexistent product.

Same story as everyone else. Scale ordered in November, paid for, product never received, little to no response from the company. We need to file a class action suit against them for fraud. Awful, horrible, zero stars!

Horrific company! Same story as most - ordered Nov 2021 promised delivery before Christmas, then Jan, then Feb…..the ‘promised’ March date has been and gone! No reply to my most recent emails, no response when asking for refund! Zero accountability- clearly a scam or they have gone bust! Interesting as instagram ‘influencers’ were still advertising until recently!
I can’t understand why they haven’t been stopped / shut down etc. as far as I can tell their website is still up and running.
Just do not buy ever!

What ever you do, DO NOT make a purchase from Fittrack. I ordered it over a year ago and all I got for the past 12 months was empty promises on my scale delivery. If I dont get my refund, Im taking legal action. The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life!

Company is a SCAM!!!
As others say, don't be fooled. They take your money, send nothing and then refuse to refund...

Terrible company. Do not buy from them. I ordered in November 2021, was told it would arrive before Christmas. It didn't. I contacted them and was told it would arrive by the end of January. It didn't. I've been trying to contact them since on email and through Facebook messenger which has proved unsuccessful. I'm now contacting my credit card company to dispute the payment to get my money back. This is a scam

ordered in October 2021 still waiting, I feel such an idiot, I'm normally better than this and do my due diligence but i didn't so its my own fault....but this company need striking off shouldn't be allowed to sell what they cant deliver
