I will just reitterate what everyone else is stating. I did research the product, so thought I was buying from a reliable source. Very upset with myself that I was scammed. The product had not shipped after 3 months, and was getting the same answer about "high volume". As I was skeptical I cancelled and asked for a refund. The refund never happened, but a fake refund routing number was given to me. There is no one to call or complain to. Scam.

Don’t waste your money. This company is a scam. What other company takes a whole year to refund customers their money because they’re ‘backlogged” on refunds. Ridiculous amount of time it has taken to get my refund and still waiting. I have emailed at least twice a month for a WHOLE year and will continue doing so, just so they can give me a “sorry, we’re working on processing refunds” excuse. Save your excuses and just give me my money back !!

Worst company on the planet!! I ordered a scale back in November 2021. They kept pushing my delivery date out. Finally cancelled in May 2022. It is now August 2022 & am still waiting for a refund. This company is a total scam!!!!!

Total scam, no product and now been waiting 10 months for a refund! 😡

Horrible company. Absolute scam. I’ve been waiting for a refund for over 3 months, waited on the product I ordered for 7 months before canceling. I hope anyone who considers ordering from this company sees these reviews and buys from someone else. Hard to believe this company isn’t in the middle of a class action suit

Stole my money- never shipped product -never processed return of funds.. It’s been 7 mos. Scam.

ZERO STARS!! My husband ordered in October of last year!! No refund yet!!!

I would give zero if I could. Bought this in November 2021 with a ship date of January, contacted them multiple times, they kept pushing out the ship date. Then requested a refund in may 2022, which they now keep pushing out their ability to process a refund, while wishing me a “wonderful day” This is a scam. DO NOT BUY.

Complete SCAM. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Same results as so many other reviewers - shipping delays, "rest assured we are working on it" and finally demanded a refund, and haven't received it and it's been 2 months. Tried to dispute it with my bank but the period of time is too long (which is of course what the scamming company is planning for!). SO mad.

I have the same experience as you all. I ordered mines in November 2021 and no scale. I did get offer a 10% refund yesterday when I requested a full refund. I do not want 10%, I want my money back. I believe when I placed my order, I didn't see any bad reviews on the company. If there was any, I wish I looked hard.

There's nothing wrong with the manufacture of the scales, Amazon has the exact one and can get it in two days. I no longer want it at this point, just my money back. I will file with BBB as well.

I ordered a FitTrack Dara scale in November 2021, with a projected delivery date of January 7, 2022. It never arrived. Long story short, after emailing FitTrack several times, they apologized and kept promising future delivery dates that never materialized. They offered me a 10% discount on my order if I didn't cancel it. I declined and in May 2022 I canceled and demanded a full refund. It's almost a month later and I still have not received my money, despite FitTrack telling me that the refund would process within 15 business days. It's all delay and excuses with this company and no results.

EDIT: I am pleased to report that I finally received my refund, 4 days ago. However, I will not place any future orders with this company.

EDIT, Pt. 2: Actually, the "refund" I got in July 2022 was not from FitTrack. It was a provisional credit made by my bank, while they investigated the matter. This credit was subsequently withdrawn in August 2022, so, I'm back where I was initially. Fittrack has neither delivered the product I paid for, nor refunded the payment that I made in November 2021 (17 months ago.)

Sadly...I was scammed as well. Ordered Oct 25th, order delayed, checked in January, requested full refund in April then have been battling ever since. First it was my credit card wasn't working, asked why but they couldn't tell me. They offered to refund to my PayPal account. Sketchy...said I didn't have an account. Emailed them back saying my back said there is nothing wrong with my credit card but darn, now I'm over 180n days and no longer able to credit to a credit card. Blah, blah, blah...

DO NOT ORDER. Placed an order in September. Didn’t receive order. Asked for a refund that keep making excuses! Worse company I have ever dealt with!

I wish I could leave a zero star. Ordered scale last September 2021 and have not received it yet. (It's 6/8/2022) and when I ask for a refund, I get the runaround on how long it is staking them to do refunds.
If anyone does file a class action suit, count me in!

ZERO STARS. I purchased this scale in December of 2021 and still have not received it or the refund I requested. After numerous attempts on my end for more information or shipping updates, the company offered an explanation of shipping delays and high volumes. Despite my best judgment, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After 6 months of no contact or product, I requested a full refund. Especially after looking into them further and reading BBB complaints. I got excuses about the high volumes taking down their payment gateway and that refund would be processed. I have filed an official claim with BBB as this company is fraudulent and a class action needs to filed.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered a scale in November and they kept assuring me through the months that it was on its way. Nope. They were always very nice when I contacted them but no progress. Finally asked for my money back, they promised it was coming, and that didn't happen either. Just irritated with myself that I didn't vet them before placing an order.

Total scam!!!! Purchased in November. No product shipped despite numerous assurances. Then no refund despite numerous assurances. Of course can’t get refund from PayPal since way too much time has elapsed. FRAUD! SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

I ordered my scale in November of 2021 n yet to get it. They keep saying it will be on its way at such n such time but never comes. It's now June n still nothing. They gave me a tiny refund a few months ago but means nothing
