We had an oak newel post cladding which was a quality item. When fitted you would think it was a solid post, really impressed with this product.
Delivery was also prompt.

Good quality stair parts, great customer service
Renovated an old staircase with the finger-joint oak treads and oak newel cladding. Easy install, great quality/look to the finished job and very competitive pricing.
Delivery was superb - I had to order some extra parts and they arrived in under 48 hours. Excellent customer service all round

Service that matters
Even when delivery company messed up and left my parcel for 3 days on the rain at different address than what's been written on the boxes.
They have picked my concerns as first priority and helped to solve it ASAP.
All damaged material has been changed into new ones just in few days what for me was incredibly quick turnaround.
Also big thanks for the moral support ant hold back. Patients and polite professional attitude.
Really I guess all other companies missing such service.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION...
I'm renovating my old staircase and decided to source almost everything from FIXIMER. I am so happy that I did!
I don't leave reviews often but, from end-to-end, this experience has been faultless.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
I want to give a special shoutout to Faye! She provided excellent support, answering questions, solving problems, expediting shipments, all while responding to emails within a few hours. An absolute breath of fresh air!
PRODUCT QUALITY:
Everything is made from high-quality materials and cut to perfection. I have never seen building materials packaged so carefully - which goes to show they aren't skimping on these extra costs, they care about what you receive (and end up living with/installing for a client).
SHIPPING:
Very fast for such large cargo. Driver also noted a dent in one box, which I appreciated, although it did not damage anything inside. You also have 48 hours to check your order and let FIXIMER know if anything is damaged. I had to swap one item (mainly because I'm nit picky) and the process was seamless.
Golden company! I very much doubt you'll be disappointed.
