We purchased an Arlo 22 and it was delivered in the middle of March, Unfortunately when it was delivered it has a paint mark at the front of the fire.The customer service staff were absolutely excellent and a new fire was delivered on week later.The service engineer who again was excellent sorted a slight problem and fitted the fire with the aggragates and logs and it looks as per the brochure. many thanks for the superb fire and the excellent staff both on the phone and in person. We would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending such a great british company.

The fire was installed with a new fireplace and works very well. As well as providing good heat I like the fire-effect light that adds to the appearance.
After a few days from when it was installed it came slightly detached from the fireplace leaving a gap of about 1cm at the top. The Installers reattached It and It has stayed attached so far a few days later

We had been looking for a new fire & fireplace for some time and had visited lots of different stores and looked on line before finally buying our flamerite fire. We certainly made the right choice. The fire is beautiful, we can adjust the flames, colours, we received different sized logs and different base effects, works great with the remote as well. It’s a huge talking point whenever people visit. Highly recommend.

Trouble free order and delivery. The fire is absolutely beautiful, just what we were looking for. Easy to assemble and works a treat. Very happy all round. Would definitely buy from them again.

Bought the ARLO 22 to replace a gas fire which I find fine and very impressed with the flicker function which can be operated without the heat.
The only reason why I have not given 5 stars is that you have to download an app to operate it which is fine if you have an I phone, however would not download with my Samsung phone and it was only that I had an older version of Samsung that allowed me to download the app.
I would suggest that the makers supply a separate controller to make life easier.
There is a manual function but to operate the front of the fire has to be removed.

We bought a flame right fire back in January to build into our new media wall and, wow, it looks absolutely fantastic. The realistic log and flame effect are amazing and it’s definitely a talking point among my guests. So glad we discovered this fire, it’s made my living room look so cosy and relaxing

Fires in Beverley. The two fitters who came to our house were excellent, nothing was too much trouble.
The fire looks lovely, the flame effect is very good.
The Flamerite App works fine on my wifes Apple IPhone but can't say same for my Samsung . There is a facility to use the fire manually but it's much cooler via the App.
Overall really pleased.

Both my daughter and myself are very pleased with our electric fire

After visiting several fire shops we visited “The Fire Place” in Lichfield we couldn’t see exactly what we wanted so Sue (shop owner) suggested that we went to the Flamerite factory which was just up the road from them.
We met Megan who showed us the range of fires that they stocked and demonstrated how they worked, we were amazed how quiet they were even on high.
We opted for an Arlo 16 with the Nitra flame option which allows you to change the flame effect this is brilliant and can be operated via the supplied remote and by an app on your phone .
Our experience in the shop was great Megan wasn’t pushy and was very helpful nothing was too much trouble.
The fire makes our living room look very homely and the heat it generates is just fine .

Very stylish modern looking fire. There are manual buttons to operate but much easier to download and use the app. This works very well.

Very happy with our new electric fire but we only gave you 4 stars.The electric connection cable had obviously come from a new supplier and was sticking out further than the hole size recommended. We had to go to our Edinburgh supplier and get the electric cable from the showroom fire to get our fire to fit the hole. I would appreciate some explanation how this could happen. 01316601625

We researched a lot before choosing Flamerite fires. Their customer service ratings and product why we chose them. Our fire is very good. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Having had a Flamerite Fires Little Atom Stove for over five years, we have now had occasion to contact Customer Services to order a replacement bulb. The service has been exceptional throughout, with the professional and knowledgeable Service Agent going above and beyond the call of duty in all aspects. Many thanks.
