Failure to deliver and double debit
On 25th June 26 I ordered a Coolcare air conditioning unit from this company. They confirmed the order and promised a follow-up receipt which never arrived. They are not answering my emails and do not pick up the phone.
I have checked my bank account and to my dismay noticed thar not only has my account been debited for the air con unit on 25th June but also for a further unaccountable amount of £15.34 the following day on 26th June.

Flash discount took a second payment from my credit card without my authorisation.
The purchase was not suitable for me but although it stated easy returns on the advertisement I have not been able to find out how to return it.
They have not responded to any of my emails but continue to send me emails offering more discount goods that I do not want.
