We found an apartment and it’s under this platform. We paid €1000 euros for the reservation as agreed before we can proceed with the viewing! On the agreed viewing day with the owner no one contacted us even until today! They send an invoice after we paid connected to the property that we reserve and now we can’t even open the link!! Hope you’re being fair! We worked hard for that money! We have kids in out host country, we’re just working fairly here in Malta to provide for our kids and yet here you are doing shit like this!! You didn’t just steal money from us!! You stole even the food for our kids!!!

Everything worked very smoothly from payment, contract signatures, apartment was exactly as described with well thought out furnishings and location and owner was wonderful.

Flatio is a rental platform offering a reasonable service level at a reasonable price: only 9% fee. At this price, one should not expect on-site visits for tenants. But you get a very well-maintained website with good functionality, allowing me to present my apartment in its best light, good preformulated contracts, an insurance and the confidence of having a strong third-party securing the tenant-landlord relationship

I liked Flatio's customer service. They were extremely fast and helpful. I also liked that there are signed check in and out forms. This did make me feel more save.
