I am so grateful for Flatmeds, they went over and above the call of duty to make sure i got the merchandise i ordered. The item i ordered became lost, and they sent the product a second time, to make sure we got what we paid for. I have never seen this kind of support before. Absolutely great experience from start to finish. I typically don't write reviews, but I always read them. I've got time tonight so I'm sharing my experience with you. Staff is very professional and available to answer your questions. I ordered on November 19th, received on December 9th. Very transparent, received tracking number which updated me periodically until order was received. Yes, this is the real stuff! I will order from this vendor again in the future. Experience is a 10 out of 10.

The product seems to be good quality. Delivery time took four weeks. The tracking stalled four days after the item was sent and then it updated the remaining 25 days 2 days prior to delivery.

First of all, I like that they use PayPal. I do not give credit card info over the net. Their service was fast on shipment but it did take several weeks for me to get my order because it got held up in customs, but finally released. Over all, they did a great job on sending my order. It is a great product at a great price.

They provide a tracking number so you know where the package is located. Remember, it takes around 20 days to receive it.
