Very detailed and personalises response to our queries! Have used them on 3 properties already and would use them again in the future too!

The report itself was quite detailed in all its findings, with pictures taken using drones and thermal cameras to identify defects. I am more than satisficed with the report's quality. Customer service was responsive. Simon the surveyor was also very helpful and provided valuable info and insight to let me better understand the condition of the property.

My only issue is how long it took before the actual surveying. I instructed and paid them on 29 May, but I was not informed of when the surveying would happen throughout the instruction and payment process. The actual survey happened on 22 Jun which was a rather long wait. The full report itself came after around 14 working days which is exactly what they said beforehand so I have no problem with that.

Simon and the team went way above and beyond to book us in at the earliest opportunity, provide a thorough and fantastic final report, and answer all our follow-up questions after the event.

Simon was very considerate of our need to arrange a survey at the earliest opportunity as we are looking for a speedy move, and was able to secure a date for us weeks before anyone else!

The final report was incredibly detailed and thorough, highlighting the risks and crucial health and safety concerns. Had we not been dealing with a company for the purchase, this would have undoubtedly saved us thousands.

Simon went above and beyond with my level 3 survey leaving no corner of the property unchecked with over 100 pages of information. He uncovered damp, rodents and many other potential issues. Would 100% recommend, especially to anyone purchasing an older (victorian/Edwardian) property. He has also taken the time to thoroughly explain points over the phone and answer any questions quickly. When booking, do consider that the level 3 survey takes about 2 weeks to receive, (understandable for the volume and thoroughness of the information). Just make sure you book well before exchange to give yourself time for all the follow up investigations and and necessary renegotians. Thanks so much Simon!

Recently used Flettons, and Simon Hanchard, conducted the survey and produced the report. The report was thorough, and easy to understand and covered all the main areas and lots more. Particularly liked the traffic light system for indicating the state of particular components or parts of the structure. Highly recommended.

It was quite difficult to get in contact to confirm the date for the survey or to get them and the estate agent to arrange access - it's the only reason I knocked off a star, but this could've just been a COVID-related blocker. The report arrived within the target deadline. Our surveyor Simon was great - the report was really detailed but it was clear what areas needed attention. Simon answered my follow up questions over Whatsapp and helpfully recommended the best course of action going forward. Off the back of this we managed to arrange with our seller to make repairs to the roof before we exchanged and we had enough peace of mind to carry on with the purchase. We've had plenty of follow-ups from Flettons and Simon to check we were happy with the service.

The report was very clear and detailed, without being overwhelming. Simon was extremely helpful answering my follow up questions over the phone and via e-mail, and he provided extra clarification and guidance about items that were concerning for us. This report gave us the peace of mind to carry on with our purchase, and I have already recommended Fletton's services to a couple of friends who are looking to purchase in London.

Great comprehensive survey

Simon was brilliant at putting together a comprehensive survey and also was great at keeping in touch following the survey with questions that I had.

I did find the communication with regards to booking the survey a little disorganised and received lots of automated emails which was a bit frustrating. However the surveyor was great and the report was very helpful.

Detailed report, compiled pretty quickly with no delays. Would recommend.
