RJ with customer service was great. My package was supposed to be delivered on a Monday but I did not receive until Thursday the ice packs were melted one was broken open. The box was soaked and some of the meals had been opened and all over the box. It was a mess and RJ made it right

First, one start is the lowest I could choose, I would pick negative stars if I could. First my background, I have a fitness and nutrition coaching business and I have been in search of a fitness meal company I can recommend to my clients. I’ve been sampling a few, buying two or three weeks worth of meals and sampling as many meals I can. Flexpro’s website is deceptive, they sign you up for subscriptions without directly asking you if you want to subscribe. I wound up with three different weekly subscriptions, so really read the fine print apparently. Also the cost of the meals skyrocketed, usually with a subscription the meals get cheaper, not hear. I woke up to a $500 charge today. I immediately got ahold of customer service and asked to cancel everything, and to cancel before anything shipped and receive a refund. Of course they tried to first sell me more, but then said that they would cancel. The customer service person or bot named Apple, couldn’t tell me if I would get a refund on not, that was a different department and I would have to call them.
Meal quality is mediocre at best, if you think you are going to receive anything resembling what they picture on their website, you will be very disappointed.
Flavor, some were good, many were bland.
Packing and shipping, thankfully shipping was free from UPS, the care in which the meals were packed was substandard.
The meals came in a large insulated box, the meals were layered in between extra large and extra heavy freezer packs. These packs crusted and broke many of the meals open. It would work better if smaller freezer packs were used, also the insulated box did not adequately do its job. When I received my orders, the meals on top were all ready thawed out, a possible hazard.
I’m obviously warning my clients to stay away from flex pro, I wish companies could just do honest business, show me exactly what I’m going to get, outright ask if I want a subscription, make me select yes, then give detailed pricing.
They fail on all accounts.

The meals are horrible
The meals are horrible. They are mushy and do not represent the meals that are shown. The Chicken Cordon Bleu, please pull up a picture; is more of a chicken potpie that is not edible. The time on the meals are wrong. You CANNOT cook a meal in 30 seconds which one of the meals states on the label. You have to play with the times. The meals need seasoning, and the correct cook time, and the meat is extremely low quality. This was a mistake I paid for and I hope no one else has to. BTW they print their own reviews. The thousands of positive reviews was proven to be by their company/per review writer, but legally they can keep them up.

Thank you for the detailed feedback on the Chicken Cordon Bleu and the cook times — that's exactly the kind of specific input our culinary and packaging teams need to be able to investigate and improve processes! I'm passing this along directly so they can triple check the printed cook time on that label, since a 30-second heating time is no where near correct.
All our meals microwave best thawed from 2:00-2:30 minutes so gotta make sure things align.
I am also extremely happy to report that our reviews are from real customers and we welcome all the good and the bad. It's the only way we get better 💪🙂 I understand that's hard to take at face value in a review reply, but it's the simple truth, and I'd rather say so plainly than leave it unaddressed.

France was a great help. I wasn't able to get into my account after traveling for many weeks and had to postpone my next order. They jumped in and fixed my technical issue and postponed the order so I wasn't charged and needed to get through the meals I already had from the last order. Thank you, France!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.
From the moment we (my partner and I) placed our first order, nothing went as expected. The initial delivery arrived with spoiled food, making it unusable.
Trying to get help only made things worse. Reaching customer support was incredibly difficult, and when someone finally responded, the issue was never properly addressed.
The biggest problem came after signing up for the membership. Within days, two separate meal deliveries were processed, leaving us with approximately $380 in unexpected charges. We contacted the company several times to dispute the charges and request a refund, but despite all our efforts, the money has not been returned.
Between the spoiled food, poor communication, billing issues, and lack of accountability, this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we’ve had. We cannot recommend this company and will not be using their service again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. It’s extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone, and when they do respond, it’s never in a timely manner.
The delivery process was a complete headache, and the food wasn’t good either. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
To make matters worse, they processed two food deliveries within the same week that I enrolled in my membership, resulting in $380 wasted. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I still haven’t been able to get my money back.
Overall, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. My first delivery the food was spolied
