Stephanie Allan is truly exceptional and a consummate professional! From the moment we started planning our trip, her guidance was invaluable. My elderly mother was invited for a 3 months visit to the UK this March 2024. This was quite a challenge as she was to travel unassisted.
Stephanie was professional, understanding and made sure that the travel arrangements were tailor made to my mother's requirements from wheel chair assistance at all points of travel, aisle seats closest to the toilets, food preferences, etc. She was in constant contact at all stages.

My flight on Sunday 2nd June was cancelled due to a faulty baggage compartment seal...we were already on the plane,had to deplane and then it was a bunfight at Newark airport to find another flight back to Cape,Town. I was booked to fly only 5 days later,so messaged Megan and she managed to get me onto the flight in 2 days time and still directly into CT. Megan was incredibly helpful and I highly recommend her.

Melinda did an excellent job booking my husband and son’s hunting trip in Africa. She was very professional and kept in touch throughout the experience. She took the stress off me in this task. I highly recommend her.

My son had a contract for summer camp in the US. While we sorted the visa out ourselves, the flights and insurance were difficult because of changes in exam dates, contract dates and all the variables on the US side. So I asked Megan Opperman for help and can definitely recommend her: she genuinely cares about the people involved and will make the effort to find the best options and costs to make a first time flyer's experience super smooth.
She made the effort to follow up whether my son had arrived safely and to find his missing luggage and advise on the claims to put in.

I cannot tell you what an amazing travel consultant Manja Myburg is. My husband and I have and will always book through Manja, what an amazingly helpful young lady she is. Our luggage went missing en route to Singapore and she did everything and more in her power to locate it, which we finally did after 3 days.
