Will never book again… Worst experience
Worst experience i wanted to cancel my flight because of my grandma death and they are asking for unnecessary documentation although I have provided the hospital report and death confirmation. It’s still in process and they are not refunding the money. In this hard situation they every time ask for a new supporting. Previously I gave 5 stars but I didn’t knew they are not flexible.

Bad experience and a narrow escape from being scammed
Bought a flight from the Flightrotters site and paid on my credit card. I luckily took a screen shot of the Web page that said my booking was with the airline. I heard nothing further so rang later to be told that the flight was confirmed and I would get an e-ticket shortly. Nothing arrived. So after numerous emails, phone calls from a service agent telling me that it would take 24 hours to get the tickets, and a final call today, I lost patience. I called again and was told my flights weren't available for the dates I wanted. I was offered flights on that date at 50% more than the advertised price. Then I was finally told they hadn't received my payment. That was the first time I was informed about this. All in all, I have had a narrow escape, as my payment hadn't gone through (?). This company's methods of doing business are dubious and I would advise people to tread carefully. I certainly wouldn't use them again.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Do not book with this company. They give a price for flights that are totally untrue. I paid in full and tried for so long to get my e-tickets - they palm you off with excuses. They eventually said I could have my tickets at an extra cost of £612 due to the airline taxes being raised - totally lie and confirmed by the airline that this increase was incorrect. Eventually I had to pay £300 cancellation fees to get a refund! They will reply to this review saying they can't find the booking etc. If you know what is good for you DON'T USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY - lesson learnt a bit too late for me but a mistake I will never make again. I hope I can help someone else by reading this review.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company. Advertised price was a lie. Multiple phone calls with spurious claims that my flight couldn’t be confirmed and I’d have to pay an additional £1000 through to the price not including taxes, and then when I did pay extra, despite being told the flight was confirmed, I was then told it was no longer available. Totally rubbish. Had to then pay a £85pp ‘cancellation fee’ for a flight that wasn’t even booked in order to get my money back. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Flight Trotters is a scam agency. I made a booking, but they did not complete it. Instead, they called me and said I had to pay extra for luggage. They also told me that if I refused to pay the extra charges, I would have to pay a £50 cancellation fee. This is a complete scam

HORRIBLE expérience avec cette compagnie.
J'ai réservé un vol à un prix compétitif, mais c'était une arnaque. Voyant que je n'avais pas reçu mes billets après avoir fait la transaction, j'ai appelé la compagnie. On m'a alors répondu que je devais payer le double pour avoir mes billets d'avion! J'ai demandé une annulation et on m'a répondu que c'était impossible et que je n'aurais aucun remboursement si j'annulais la réservation. En gros, au moment de réserver, ils nous font faire la transaction même s'il n'y a plus de places disponibles au prix affiché!
L'appel a été des plus pénible avec la compagnie. La ligne coupait sans cesse et l'agente ne cessait de dire qu'elle ne me comprenait pas (j'ai essayé de communiquer en français et en anglais). L'agente elle-même était très difficile à comprendre comme elle parlait aussi mal le français que l'anglais.
C'est le pire service client que j'ai jamais reçu et je doute que leurs démarches soient légales.
Je compte faire une plainte à l'office de la protection du consommateur. J'ai d'ailleurs réalisé après coup que la compagnie a été reconnue coupable (à quelques reprises déjà) de ne pas offrir les vols au prix affiché.
Update : J'essaie de joindre le service à la clientèle pour compléter ma plainte depuis plus d'une semaine et je n'ai AUCUNE réponse. La compagnie a demandé plus d'informations suite à l'avis donné ici, mais aucun suivi n'est fait depuis. C'est vraiment le pire service que j'ai jamais vu!!!

Deceptive pricing and terrible customer service
I tried to book an international flight for my family with Flight Trotters today and I cannot believe how deceitful this company is. They had the lowest prices for the flight and itenerary I was intending to book, so I went with them thinking it was a good deal.
As soon as I put in my details and booked, I immediately got a webpage saying there was a problem and I need to call them back. Upon contacting them, the representative told me that the reason it did not go through was because I booked so-called special ‘restricted tickets’ meaning I could not add baggage and carry on allowances to my flight later. The specifics and restrictions around baggage allowances was never stated during the booking process. I was first quoted an additional £200 or so to add the luggage allowance, just to find out the quote was for a completely different arrival airport. After I corrected them, they then quoted an around £500 or so on top of my initial booking price to add a luggage allowance, and pressured to buy quickly because there were only a few seats left (the exact amount of seats I booked by the way). When I refused to purchase the tickets due to their shady selling tactics and pressure selling, I was then charged a cancellation fee of £25 per passenger that has now left me out of pocket.
I have never experienced a more appalling and deceptive travel agency in my life and I can only tell people to stay away of their false prices and unclear policies.

Fraudsters
Fraudsters. Avoid. Read the 1-star reviews, not the dubious 5-stars (it is telling that there are very few in between) and look at customer experiences described on travel and flight forums. They will advertise low prices that they cannot in fact deliver, and trick you into paying upfront for flights at a price well below what you will actually have to pay, and make cancellation/refund expensive or impossible.
