Recently, I accidentally deleted important information from the platform, and the support team was really quick to respond and, what's more important, solved my issue quickly. Overall, all communication with sales and support and the FlippingBook platform itself is easy to handle and intuitive.

I failed to realize that the trial period included so many upgraded options. I’d have a better feeling about your tool if I’d known before deciding to continue and then at the last minute having to upgrade. I’m a one man show and don’t have a budget, just trying something.

I am a longtime user of Flippingbook. Several years on Flippingbook Publisher Business for Teams and have recently switched to Flippingbook Online Advanced. Transfer of existing several hundred projects from one platform to another was done completely by support team free of charge. Very satisfied. You can feel in support email replies that they really want to satisfy your needs. Best!

In a nutshell, FlippingBook is very user-friendly, and it's proved a really cost-effective way of hugely expanding our readership, whilst maintaining the high production values we're used to. Oh, and I love the new bookshelves feature! Great way of displaying more than one publication. Definitely recommended!

I've been using the platform now for over six years. I produce a quarterly specialist magazine on behalf of Mountain Rescue England and Wales. We're an organisation set up to help support the 48 volunteer mountain rescue teams based across England and Wales and the magazine is a key communication tool for us, both internally and externally.

Until 2020, publication was purely print, delivered to team bases, often some distance from where team members live. But when Covid-19 hit, we were faced with a dilemma: how to get to team members when they might no longer be assembling at bases before heading out to rescue call-outs.

Thanks to FlippingBook, we were able to create a digital version and share that widely, not just with teams but with individual team members. It's also enabled us to raise a wider awareness of mountain rescue, building a stronger base for our supporters and fundraisers.

I like the sense of reading through a publication, page by page, rather than simply scrolling a webpage. That said, it's great to be able to harness web technology too, adding in hyperlinks and pop-out videos where appropriate. It really does create a 'living' PDF. I love that they are constantly looking at ways to improve their offering — witness the bookshelves — and great customer service too.

I have been a user of FlippingBook, I think when they first came on the scene. I believe they are the original with many imitators. As they say they stick with what works and they never disappoint. Over the years they keep making it better and I use it for all my clients. Recently I ran into an issue the day before one of my clients was doing a live seminar. Our SMS system went down which we actually use to drive them to FlippingBook. I didn't know what to do so I headed over to FlippingBook, contacted their customer Service and I had the good fortune to chat with Evgenia. She literally showed me a feature I didn't even know existed and she saved the day. The platform is amazing, so it figures their customer service would be amazing and it was. I have been using the software from FlippingBook for around 10 years and the helpdesk team have always been very attentive, clear in what they say, patient and above all, very helpful.
I don't often need their help as the software is very good.
I highly recommend both the software and the helpful people that are there when you need them.

We've been using Flipping Book for the past few months and have found it to be an excellent product, fits our requirements very well, customer service is excellent and the site is easy to navigate. Lots of online help available too. A+ product

The tool has many interesting features, but they are all in expensive plans, and we use almost one feature - the ability to send PDF as links, without having to send heavy files by mail or through file hosting. In addition, PDF gets a comfortable look.

We create catalogs with FlippingBook. I like that we can link items to product pages on our site, so people can make purchases there. And the table of contents feature is awesome, because it helps navigate around 50+ pages with ease. Also, our catalogs look really neat and give us a competitive edge!
