Great option for publishing an e-book
We published an e-book with Paperturn, because they offer the most flexible packages out there. Customer service was very helpful, and the minimalistic editor lets you do almost anything without being in the way. Would definitely recommend.

Best customer service ever
Everyone at Paperturn has been absolutely awesome! Without them and Paperturn's amazing digital flipbook technology, my illustrated storybook, "Wild Day in Critter Canyon", wouldn't have been possible. The digital flipbook technology of Paperturn allowed me and my tech assistant to "build" the storybook, 150 pages, most of which are full-color illustrations, instantly rearrange the pages, easily swap out updated versions and just generally visually lay out the entire project. We discovered Paperturn when looking for a flexible and easy solution for subscribers to access our creative online resources. We currently have 40 flipbooks in use.
We love how simple it is to produce and embed in our website, and to create stunning resources linking our written content, music, videos, as well as youtubes (without ads!), multimedia and references on other related websites all in one easy place. Great way to engage customers
I'm using the flip book for the very first time and found it easy to setup initially and hoping that it will be a great way of engaging my customers and future business. Being the dinosaur/technophobe that I am there have been a couple of bits that I struggled with but the on-line chat with Debra has been extremely helpful and her guidance has been spot on.

Perfect for short-term projects
I have been using Paperturn for several years to host our Media Guide for a local basketball tournament. Several reasons why I come back every year. 1) Easy to use. 2) Good analytics to share with the committee. 3) Making updates to the document are streamlined. 4) Price point for this short-term project is better than any other company.
As long as I am in charge of the media for our event, I will be coming back.

Paperturn leverer et fint produkt, men deres betalingssytemer er HELT hen i vejret.
Vi modtager en faktura med forfaldsdato den 25/12, og får så en betalingspåmindelse den 21/12. En betalingspåmindelse er noget man får når man IKKE har betalt til tiden.
Eftersom 25/12 ikke er en bankdag, så er det iflg. "Lov om betaling" rettidig indbetaling og betale førstkommende bankdag, dvs. den 29/12, men allerede den 28/12 (hvor Paperturn ikke har haft mulighed for at registrere en betaling selvom den var betalt den 23/12), så lukker de for kontoen, og sender nærmest en til inkasso med deres trusler om betaling.
Det er simpelthen noget svineri og ikke overholde ganske alm. betalingsbetingelser som alle andre leverandører benytter.
Rettidig indbetaling for en faktura der har forfald den 25/12-25 er den 29/12-25, og hvis deres systemer ikke kan styre det, så må de manuelt gå ind og rette, eller sørger for at deres forfaldsdatoer passer med bankdage.

Vi sætter en stor ære i vores kundesupport og gør os altid umage for at imødekomme vores kunder bedst muligt, også i ferie- og helligdagsperioder.
For det første sendes den oprindelige faktura altid pr. e-mail 14 dage før forfald, så der er god tid til betaling og planlægning.
Den e-mail, du modtog den 21/12, var ikke en betalingspåmindelse i betydningen “for sen betaling”. I e-mailen står der eksplicit:
“Dette er en venlig påmindelse om, at faktura XXXXXX skal betales om 4 dage"
Denne type e-mail udsendes, fordi flere kunder har ønsket en venlig påmindelse før forfaldsdatoen. Den er altså udelukkende informativ og ikke et udtryk for, at betalingen var forfalden eller manglende.
Når en betaling er 5 dage efter forfald, udsendes der automatisk en e-mail, som informerer om, at kontoen midlertidigt kan blive deaktiveret. Denne e-mail udsendes som led i et fuldt automatiseret system, der gælder ens for alle kunder. At ændre denne automatisering for enkelte dage omkring helligdage er teknisk komplekst og derfor ikke noget, vi justerer for få dage ad gangen.
I forbindelse med jule- og nytårsperioden har vi dog en generel praksis, hvor der gives ekstra betalingsfrist til alle kunder, netop for at tage højde for helligdage og bankdage. Som følge af denne praksis blev ingen konti lukket i perioden, herunder heller ikke din.
Betalingen blev registreret hos os den 30/12, og på trods af at betalingen dermed var modtaget efter forfald, forblev kontoen aktiv uden afbrydelse og uden nogen konsekvenser for din adgang til produktet.
Vi forstår frustrationen over kommunikationen, men finder samtidig, at en 1-stjernet anmeldelse ikke giver et retvisende billede af forløbet, da der på intet tidspunkt var faktiske konsekvenser for din konto.
Vi tager feedback om betalingsdatoer og bankdage alvorligt og bruger den til løbende at forbedre vores systemer og kommunikation.
