This is an excellent product. We just started using Paperturn recently to host the online version of our magazine. It is quite flexible, easy to use, and the end product looks and works great. Initially we had some problems setting up a custom domain for our publication (our DNS host is kind of wonky) and the support team went above and beyond getting us up and running even though the problem was with our provider and not their software. Debra, and especially Arielle were incredibly patient and gracious, and even though I was crabby and short tempered throughout the process they persisted and helped us get everything working properly. We can't be more happy with the product and support we received. I can heartily recommend this product for anyone that needs this kind of functionality. Top Notch!|

The customer service surprised me in the nicest way possible, I struggled setting the account and the following day they wrote to apologise and confirm it has all been sorted. Then they called to make sure my project went alright and I had a nice chat with the customer rep, I don't remember when I last have been approached by an online app's humans, it felt really nice to be shown they care.

I am new to Paperturn. Giving it a trial run for a huge project I am putting together where time is of the essence. I had a question on how to put the flip page into my wix website. The question was late last Friday night. I suspected that I likely would not here anything back until Monday, at the earliest. (Just because that seems how businesses, in general, seem to work.

I was more than pleasantly surprised when Lisa got back to me within hours (as opposed to within days). While I have not yet tried the directions Lisa Hickisch so eloquently provided, I suspect that it will work without a hitch.

If this does work, knowing that if I have any further questions and that they are replied to like right away, I suspect I will have a long term relationship with Paperturn.com.

Wow! Paperturn is definitely a fabulous product and it is cleverly crafted to be user friendly and user intuitive. Dan was especially excellent in his guidance and support with our questions. Our Board of Directors was blown away by the test flipbook we crafted from our Annual Report - a robust pdf document that came alive in Paperturn! We look forward to converting and publishing more flipbooks and will definitely recommend Paperturn to everyone we know who can use this amazing product.

While reviewing their product/service, I went on their chat and asked if it was possible to speak to a human as opposed to chatting with a bot and I received a call from Ariel a representative within less than 5 minutes. Ariel was very knowledgeable, prompt, professional and courteous and suggested I speak to Dan Rees and arrange a consultation with him. Dan, who provided an excellent demo of the product/service was also knowledgeable, prompt, professional and courteous. The product itself is very good, but the knowledgeable, prompt, professional and courteous service and human interaction is what prompted me to sign up.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to create my flip book. I am only on the 14-day trial, but I will be upgrading in a few days. I created another flip book on another site, but hindsight is making me reconsider that one and just stick with this site for every other flip book I plan on creating. Thank you for making this a painless process. I even suggested a friend to use this as a way to send to her beta and arc readers.
