The Human Touch - Customer Service at its best
It was the May Bank Holiday weekend, and I was struggling to finish uploading a publication (admittedly, it was a large file...) I reached out to ask for help through the Online Chat. As it was outside normal working hours I did not expect a reply. Imagine my delight when Vanessza responded within the hour. My story has a happy ending - the publications are live, successfully duplicated, updated and published. But that human voice really did make a difference. We’ve been using Paper Turn for 2 years or more and they’ve been brilliant. The tools just work, and the team’s always helpful - nothing’s ever too much trouble.

I'm very happy that I found Paperturn! I began using it to publish my book, but now, I am in the process of building not one but two platforms with exciting possibilities.
