I bought Ridgeway Fieldstone SKU: LM070036
the boards are of poor quality so I rang customer services. they asked for proof, so I sent photos and then came back and asked for a video of me installing.
please bare this in mind when buying because they don't seem to want to help. I will now be going down the small claims route.
My advise go somewhere else and give these amateurs a wide birth.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are, of course, sorry that you feel dissatisfied with your experience, however, we feel it is important to clarify the circumstances for anyone reading this review.
The photographs provided to us showed boards that had not been installed correctly. The Ridgeway Fieldstone flooring supplied uses a 2G side-locking fitting system, rather than a 5G drop-lock system. As explained to you, this product requires the use of a suitable tapping block during installation to ensure the boards are correctly engaged and securely locked together.
The reason we requested a video of the installation was not to avoid assisting you, but to allow us to establish whether the product was being installed in accordance with the manufacturer's fitting instructions. Had the video demonstrated that the correct installation method was being followed and that the boards were still not fitting together as they should, we would of course have been able to investigate the issue further and, if a product fault was established, arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund or replacement where applicable.
Unfortunately, you have declined to provide the requested video, meaning we have been unable to establish that the product is being installed correctly or determine that there is a fault with the flooring. On the information and images provided, the issue appears to relate to installation rather than a defect with the product. As a result, there is nothing further we can reasonably do to assist without the requested evidence.
We remain happy to review the matter should you decide to provide the requested installation video.
