Had great service from Paul Holdsworth at Cardiff Newport Road branch. He patiently took me through the options for laminate flooring over 3 visits as I took a long time to decide on the colour I wanted! He took plenty of time to explain the differences between the products and did not mind constantly checking on stock levels for me. His colleague Jamie was also busy in the background and happy to help. All in all great friendly service.
