Popped in to Derby branch to look at laminate floor options. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We had the floor installed by their chosen contractor "FLOODY" who completed a truly great job for us. We shall be back to do all of our upstairs floors shortly. When I brought the tiles i got told I could bring them back. So I take the tiles back to be told by someone else that they have to be brought back within 30 days and there is a 50% restocking charge. Wasn't told any of this

Fantastic flooring
I popped into my local branch in Merthyr just to do some price checks on flooring for bedrooms. We were served by Steve who was super friendly and knowledgeable, the prices were fantastic, good quality flooring - we ended up buying flooring for the rest of the house while we were there! Communication was on point while waiting for stock to arrive (they even held on to it a little longer while I made room for it). Excellent customer service will definitely be back! Cheers Steve!
