Excellent quality and outstanding service
We met Shelly who is the Manager at the Basildon store. She went out of her way to be helpful right from when we first met her.
Floorgiants products are of an excellent quality. We have placed an order for our shower room and also our kitchen. We are currently awaiting delivery.
All the staff are very helpful. We borrowed some samples to bring home which was so very useful. One of the guys loaded the samples into our car and was more than happy to help lift them from our car when we returned them. Cannot recommend the store highly enough,

Karim at Culverhouse Cross was extremely helpful when responding to my fitting quote and was able to assist me over the phone without me even needing to visit the store.

We went into the Basildon store and spoke with Carl who helped us choose our flooring. It’s all been laid and we are very happy with it. He helped with matching beading and loading up the van with the packs. Very happy and would return.

Laminate flooring installation
Had my floors done all over the house some time ago, the workers were always late, sometimes didn't even show up until I had called and asked, after moving everything out of the room like asked as well. Within months the floors started to chip and have holes in it and that has occurred on the floor all around the house. Reached out to them multiple times when it happened and got completely ignored. Would not use again.

Absolutely love my new flooring! Ordered a few free samples online and chose a new vinyl floor for my grooming room from these.
The carpet fitter turned up on the day as arranged and was lovely. He did an excellent & very neat job.
Floor Giants rang me a few days later to check I was satisfied with my new flooring.

Online ordering and the in-store…
Online ordering and the in-store ordering process were both straightforward and efficient. Unfortunately, the collection experience was a different story.
Customers are advised to contact the store in advance so the warehouse can prepare orders for collection. I did this on both occasions, but neither order had been prepared when I arrived. The staff also gave the impression that collecting an order was an inconvenience.
During my second collection, the salesperson in the showroom was about to make what appeared to be an unprofessional comment about me, only stopping when the warehouse employee pointed out that he was on loudspeaker. That was disappointing and left a poor impression.
Overall, the ordering process was good, but the collection experience and customer service significantly let it down.
