Fab friendly store
Fab friendly store, had an idea of what I wanted and straight away found it by the help of Ash. Helped with getting delivery quickly for us, we found we needed to see the floor in a bigger version to choose. Samples weren’t really helpful to us. Would advise you to pop into store.

To sum it up in one sentence- Avoid Floor Giants
To sum it up in one sentence: please avoid this company. They have completely ripped us off. They took nearly £17k upfront after placing huge pressure on us, claiming that if we didn't order immediately, the product wouldn't be delivered on time. The real problems started when it came to fitting. The company has no idea what the actual scope of work is because the surveyor left, leaving no documentation behind. The fitter was equally clueless and lacked any clear plan. Once you have paid all your money, they lose all interest in helping you; emails go unanswered and calls are ignored. They rely entirely on unreliable subcontractors, and even the fitter tried to overcharge us. We have been trapped in this nightmare for over a month now, with no idea when the work will be finished or if we will ever get our money back. Avoid them at all costs. All the details associated on this case has been emailed to FGs .

Not impressed
Sent off for a sample in order to see if pattern would work in the room. Never received the sample so would not trust this company with an order.
Have since been contacted by the company who have undertaken to resend the samples requested. Fingers crossed for a better outcome.

Stupidly small sized samples

Ridiculously small sized samples you can even envision what it would be like!
Waste of my time ordering tbh and won't be going with this company!
I need for downstairs 86sqm, so a huge amount I would have ordered if sample were good size to really see colour, tone and texture!
To be honest if you had asked people I'm shocked they've agreed to these sizes!? 🤔
I've ordered from other companies and some are 5-8 times the size of your sample, some even bigger
I won't be wasting my time re-ordering samples because I'll need at least 4-5 minimum of each colour 🤦🏻♀️
I left feedback as I was shocked by the size and wanted to warn others who may be wanting large quantities of flooring too
It's not just my downstairs at around 86sqft, I have 1st floor at around 86-90sqft depending on coverage needed and my top floor probably again around the same amount?
Anyways I've moved on! I've picked from another company, but thank you for samples anyways.

Before deciding on the size of our samples, we carried out extensive research to ensure they were appropriate for customers assessing the colour, tone and texture of our flooring. We can assure you that the sample size we provide is in line with industry standards.
That said, we understand that for a larger project, such as the 86m² area you are looking to cover, you may wish to see more of the product before making a decision. We offer unlimited free samples, so if you would like to order additional samples of the same flooring or compare different options, you are more than welcome to do so.
Alternatively, you are welcome to visit any of our showrooms, where we have large display boards of our flooring ranges. This provides a much better representation of the overall appearance and allows you to view the colour, texture and finish on a larger scale before placing an order.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve our service, and we hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to help you with your flooring project.
