Good quality and great customer service
Dinusha was great, service was prompt and she kindly extended the discounted offers to be able to accommodate. Also friendly and polite, making the process effortless. The samples were sent quickly and of good quality with lots of delivery dates to choose from. The only downside was the amount of emails sent by other colleagues (after I’d already agreed to Dinusha’s offer) and promotional/sales pushes along the way.

I bought a engineered wooden floor…
I bought a engineered wooden floor from flooring supplies and as we are laying the floor on concrete and was advised by Casey to buy a waterproof underlay 5mm thick but now the floor has been put down and every time we walk on it there’s a crunching sound. I have googled this and it keeps telling me the underlay is too thick for a 14 mm floor.its saying we should have a 2mm or a 3mm but we were advised to have the one we bought. It’s either the underlay is too thick or the woods not good but it wasn’t cheap to buy. We are not happy with this and are going to complain.

Had a online text chat with Casey. She appeared to be chatting with multiple people at the same time so took some time to get to my text. After we got started everything went well. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. She sent me a purchasing link via email. Because I didn't activate the link immediately I received several remainder emails to say that the link had a limited life time. I didn't need them.

The good were ok delivery was good and on time. The reason for 4 stars due to 2 issue. Immediately after check out I realized that I accidently ordered a wrong item which cancelled I wanted to cancel. Which the cancellation was easy I had to chase number of times for refund. Secondly this supplier don't have an option to return goods not so if you got untuched goods the return shipment is on the customer
