Quick to take money, long to fix their mistakes!!
Very disappointing experience with FlooringSupplies.co.uk.
They sent the wrong quantity of flooring to the wrong address, which caused major delays to a booked installation job for my customer. Everything had already been arranged, so the customer had to reschedule and I lost work and income because of the mistake.
To make matters worse, the incorrect delivery was sent to my own address, meaning I’ve now had to stay home and wait for them to collect it, costing me even more time.
Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was extremely frustrating considering the impact it had on both myself and my customer. Other than a simple “sorry”, there was no real attempt to make things right.
As a tradesperson, reliability from suppliers is crucial, and unfortunately this experience caused unnecessary stress, delays, and lost earnings.

Worst company I have ever delt with
Worst company I have ever delt with. Spend a couple of grand with them. Delivery has not arrived. No information from them as so ever. Called the customer service waited one houer on the phone and no one answered. Will be cancelling my order. Avoid at all cost.

I requested a delivery date and my order never turned up and still hasn't! I haven't received any communication about this either. I have emailed but no response yet. I had already booked in a fitter to install the flooring so this is incredibly frustrating.

First time using Flooring Supplies and I have to say I’ve been really impressed. I initially ordered 3 samples which arrived very quickly, making it easy to compare options before deciding.
Once I’d chosen the flooring I wanted, I phoned up to enquire about setting up a trade account and spoke with Jessica. The service I received was amazing, all of my questions were answered quickly and professionally, and the whole process was really straightforward.
