Excellent Customer Service
The 18 boxes of Quick-Step Laminate were delivered this morning (13.08.2026) but the Underlay on my P Order didn't arrive! Julie in Customer Service was very apologetic I hadn't been advised they were out of stock. When I explained my fitter was scheduled to start the job early the next day, Julie along with Irene got the issue resolved and some Underlay will hopefully be on a special delivery they have arranged for tomorrow morning (14.08.2026).
This was excellent Customer Service and I want to thank Julie, Irene and Sarah. Rich

Awful customer services response.
Delivery scheduled for Friday with flooring contractor booked for Saturday. When I explained the urgency the person I spoke to suggested I ‘pop out to buy some’. No empathy, no concern, no apology and could not have cared less if he’d tried. Just told me it would be sent for delivery the following Tuesday. Will not be using again.

Service great regardless of my decsion to buy
I had questions regarding LVT gluedown tiles and conversed with Casey via the chatbot and they were able to answer my questions quickly and clearly. I supplied an image of what I was looking for and they directed me to similar products they had. I've now requested samples and once received I will make a decision whether to buy from Flooring Supplies. The service was great regardless of my final decision.
